Poke Bros. — Restaurant in Lincoln

Horrible customer service experience. I came here and felt a little rushed by the woman at the counter. It was my first poke experience so I didn’t know what all of the options were. The next time I came there was a dealbreaker. I asked the male employee for two half-and-half bowls which included salmon and tuna. When I got to the tuna section he pointed down and I confirmed yes as in that’s part of what I requested. Well he up charged me for both bowls four dollars each and when I asked the extra charge he said you requested the extra tuna. That is not what I requested. Due to the language barrier it was a clear misunderstanding. He then removed most of the fish from both bowls. When I asked what he was doing, and he did not reply. He was moving in an aggressive manner. I asked if he was the manager and he said yes, but he had no name tag on. I told him to just forget the whole order, and as I turned and walked away, he yelled “hey you!” My boyfriend and I will be taking our business to other establishments...

Tried poke bros in Lincoln mall for the first time today. I got a da kine bowl with added salmon. The place looked clean and the food tasted good. The reason I am giving them 1 star is because about an hour after eating I started feeling SICK. 3 hours after eating I had the worst stomach cramps of my life and started vomiting. Now currently at 2:17am I am laying on the floor of my bathroom with no hope in sight.

I hate to trash business’s and almost always give people the benefit of the doubt. But if your going to market your store on FRESH products there’s absolutely no reason for this to happen.

holy shizz, first time here but I like poke so I figured I'd give it a shot. idk what the bad reviews are on about, I went to try a bite before leaving just to make sure everything was on point and ended up smashing the whole bowl and side in the parkinglot like an animal. the rice was warm and fresh, the fish was great, everything was amazing. I'm in the parkinglot in a food coma typing this cuz im too afraid to drive off in my current state. I'll deff be back. I'm gonna have to hook the girl at the counter up next time I'm in cuz she is the poke-master. also there's a pokestop here, so...
