Five Guys — Restaurant in Lincoln

My personal go to place for made my way burgers, because everything is cut fresh, the patties hand made. This is my first time inside the Lincoln Mall, RI Five Guys. Ran into a frustrating communication issue with our order taker. I ordered a 2 patty double cheeseburger with mayo and mushrooms. Nicole ordered a single patty cheeseburger with mayo and mushrooms. Long story short, we got the guy to understand our order, and enjoyed my treat meal - the patties were perfectly cooked, and the French fries, which all Five Guys eateries serve a generous amount of, were not salty, unlike the TN ones...expensive, but so worth it to treat yourself to a Five Guys burgers and fries, because the employees do actual work - cut up their own potatoes, make their own patties, fresh cut veggies...

First trip ever to a 5-Guys. When I walked in I exclaimed, "Oh good, you have bun free burgers!". This would lead you to believe I wanted to order a bun free burger. I did. The burger still arrived on a bun. When I complained and asked them to fix it, I was asked, " Is it due to a food allergy or personal preference?". My medical needs are none of their business. My personal preferences are none of their business. Their business is getting my order right, as I ordered it, the first time and without question as to why I ordered it that way. Additionally, the burger wasn't that great. I'll take Johnny Rockets any day of the week and twice on Sunday...

I went to Five Guys in Lincoln RI and ordered a large fry and a small fry. It costed 13 bucks and they barely filled the container for the fries any other time I got fries there they literally gave me twice as much. I cannot believe the terrible service and final product I was given. I will never visit that Five Guys again and possibly any Five guys in the future. Customer service and final product is everything and they flopped terribly at both. I would have been better off going to McDonald’s. Their fries are not as good but at least they are priced correctly. They ripped me off for 13 dollars. Look at the picture below. That’s what I got...
