A piece of furniture was priced incorrectly and Janice, the store manager, basically accused me of switching price tags to try to scam them. The clearance tag was affixed to the top of the item with a sticker of sorts, while the tag with the bar code was on the back without a clearance tag. I brought it to the register to inquire about the price. She said the price tag was "compromised" and "OH yeah! That is brand new and not on clearance". She then proceeded to say "Look, you could stick the clearance tag here or there or anywhere. That is definitely not on clearance" in such a smug, condescending tone that implied I put the clearance tag on there in order to scam them.

I'm glad that the STORE MANAGER accuses customers of stealing and scamming when items are marked incorrectly. It's disgusting that the store manager speaks to customers in this manner.

Instead of accusing customers of being thieves, she should focus on the cleanliness of her store and ensuring that items are marked correctly so she doesn't have to accuse customers...

There was a racist old lady at the cashier today 9/27/2024 at 11:08am! Lincoln HomeGoods.

My mom did a return around 45mins prior and she did not say hello or hi or how are you.. nothing! No manners. So my mom did the return and no words were said. When we walked away she spoke underneath her breath to a young guy employee who was also at the cashier station. She said something about these people don’t even know how to speak English which THAT IS NOT THE CASE. I didn’t go back to say anything because you can’t change miserable old people. When we paid at 11:08am she turned her back so the guy employee can cash out my mom instead of calling us to her cashier (was very noticeable) I also purchased an item so instead of letting my mom buy my item I grabbed it and cashed out with her even though she didn’t want to take me haha. Only 2 employees were cashing out (the young man and the lady). Treat people with respect! You have no idea who you are talking about. I’m not an ignorant person who you can...

I love going into HomeGoods... I never know what unique gems I will find! They have such a varied selection and the prices are very good. I don't care for the checkout as it gets painful for my back just standing. It would be great if there were chairs or a bench or something to sit on (especially for those of us who can't really handle standing long). I've been known to leave because I see the line is too long and I know my back can't handle the checkout line. Other than that I've issue, I love this store and highly...
