Little Saigon Asian Grocery Store — Attraction in Lincoln

12/28/24 Update: This should not have even escalated the way it did so you did to yourself. Instead of sincerely apologizing and taking accountability for their wrongdoings, the owners of this place have found ways to harass my family. They have been bombarding us with nonstop calls and texts trying to get us to remove this negative review. This is NOT how you treat people let alone run a business. Y’all need to treat people with respect and not harass them after receiving backlash from your wrongdoing. You should never profile customers based on appearance. We will not be easily intimidated by your words and will be contacting the appropriate authorities to report you for harassment.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful people. Our family were wrongfully accused of theft by the owner of this terrible place. I’m not sure what made them think we were leaving without paying but they made a scene in front of the store for no reason. When they were shown the RECEIPT, there was no apology whatsoever. Just because we didn’t spend a lot of money here, that does not give YOU or anyone the right to assume we might be stealing from you. This is discrimination at its finest. You would think as a small business, they would treat ALL of their customers with kindness and respect. In today’s world, with the power of social media…they will go out of business soon with this nonsense. I can’t imagine what other awful things they have done to other shoppers. My first experience here was absolutely wonderful. I was able to browse at my own leisure, and before I'd even seen everything there I decided I needed to go back for a basket. I don't normally cook an Asian cuisine nor do I know how to use a lot of asian techniques while cooking. However while I was checking out I mentioned my newly vegan dietary choices and the friendly cashier mentioned I could go to the Facebook page and ask for a recipe for whatever ingredient I was trying to use, after he had shown me a couple vegan choices that people seem to enjoy ! Also the produce is very different that what I'm used to and I was delighted to see that as well. 10/20...

If you're looking for an extensive selection of fresh herbs and vegetables, this is your place. From jackfruit and Thai peppers to bundles of spearmint and culantro, Little Saigon delivers. They have a selection of unique cuts of meat and a solid bakery selection as well.

It's a bit tight on space, but that's only due to the wide selection of items. There are many things I buy here that cannot be found anywhere else in Lincoln.
