I had my first experience at The Wax Room with Ashley, booking a Brazilian, Vajacial, and a facial, and I couldn't be happier! Ashley is truly exceptional; her care and attention to her clients are evident from the moment you walk in. I've had many Brazilians in the past, often with post-treatment irritation, but this time was completely different – no bumps, no irritation, just smooth results. The vajacial was also a fantastic addition and absolutely worth it.

My skin was experiencing a severe acne breakout, the worst in 20 years, and Ashley addressed it with expertise and genuine concern. She recommended some amazing products that I'm excited to start using, and I'm already looking forward to seeing the improvements at my next appointment.

I am so happy to have found Ashley at The Wax Room! First of all, booking an appointment was super easy and her list of services is clear and well priced. Her place is clean and really comfortable and relaxing. It smelled really nice as well.

Secondly, she made me feel super comfortable and she was quick and thorough during my waxing session. She’s also just a really warm human being and made me feel at ease.

I (m41) was well pleased with my session with Ashley. I have gotten my nose waxed before and it seemed lije a very different experience this time around. I have always loved the feeling of being able to breath so clearly afterwards but it is always a little nerve racking when getting the sticks yanked out. Ashley did such a good job that it was way less stressful than the previous times I have had it done. She also checked in with me regularly when waxing my back to make sure she wasnt going too fast and that I was doing alright throughout the procedure.
