He answered all of my questions and concerns informatively leaving me fulfilled with the answers and he was absolutely eager to educate me, more than most. He matched both my expectations and my excitement for the project wholeheartedly, and he involved me at every step of the way (quick responses, the ability to watch my computer be built, he even helped me get the build up and running over the phone.)

Buying something so expensive like a gaming PC can be a nerve-wrecking experience, but Viridian Technology does everything they can to reassure through each and every step of the purchasing process, and they truly deliver on an amazing product and an amazing experience.

Not only is William one of the most skilled computer builders I’ve ever known, he’s also incredibly patient, understanding and very accommodating. Even willing to call you on the phone to discuss the details and process of the work he’s doing on your computer.

I was especially impressed with the customer service when I had any questions during the building process and even after I received my computer. He always had good ideas and solutions!

I’ve actually never purchased from a business that was so willing to go above and beyond in order to make sure my finished gaming computer was exactly as I wanted it. I’m willing to put the money into the best and most unique computer but William went even beyond my imagination and I was able to learn what makes a premium gaming computer stand above what’s usually available on the market.

When my laptop ran out of space, and I wasn't able to move my photo's to an external drive, I knew I needed help. I lucked into finding Will and Viridian Technology (Viridian in Pink). He was very accommodating to my schedule and I dropped the laptop off, showed him the issues and he said he'd take a look and get back to me. There was also a problem with the external drive I was trying to back up to. I had a fixed budget for this repair and would have been happy just to get my pictures moved and free up space that way. Will was able to upgrade my laptop to more RAM, more memory, Windows 11 (yuk but necessary) and my pictures are all still in one space. He more than doubled the space on my laptop, ensuring me I should be good with this one for many years to come, all while sticking to my budget.
