I originally had a bad experience at City Image in Little Falls. I had just moved to the area and was searching for barbershops on Google when I decided to walk in for a haircut. Unfortunately, the haircut I received didn’t meet my expectations. The barber was distracted—on a video call during the cut—and didn’t follow the reference photos I showed him. I left feeling pretty disappointed, even though the shop was clean, and I appreciated that they accepted walk-ins.
What really turned things around, however, was the owner, Ozzy. He personally reached out to me right after seeing my review and genuinely wanted to make things right. That kind of accountability is rare, and it meant a lot.
I came back the same day even though they were about to close, and Ozzy took care of everything. He completely fixed the haircut and gave me a look that made me feel confident again—the difference was honestly night and day. He even insisted on comping the bad haircut, which I tried to refuse, but he insisted it was the least he could do. On top of that, he offered me one of their forming cream products that works great for my sensitive scalp and smells amazing. Read moreThese guys are the real deal. I was in a major bind - my regular barber bailed on me @ the 25th hour. I have a wedding out of state and my flight leaves today. I called around and even checked their website only to find out that they were booked solid today. I filled out the form on their web-site first thing in the morning (7:30AM) asking for any chance they could squeeze me in. Within 15 minutes, I had a phone call from the owner Jeff. He told me they accept walk-in's, but understood my situation (understanding the urgency, and knowing the fact that I was in the middle of my work day), and scheduled me with one of the barbers. He texted me what time to come in, and the rest is history.
I got to the shop when I was told, waited a couple minutes and sat down with Eric. He did a great job, and spent at least 35 minutes cleaning up the mop on my head (I hadn't had a haircut in over two months) and shaping up my beard. These guys work hard for their money, so be sure to TIP them.
The shop is super clean, and very well put together. The waiting area has some comfortable couches and a bench to sit on while you wait. They also have an area to make a coffee, espresso, or grab some water.
Overall, one of the better experiences I have had at a barber shop, and you can be sure, I will definitely return. I highly...

I went there with 0 expectations and came out with a big smile; because it's been the same issue always when I go to the barbers, like... They tend to take up to 2 hours giving me a "hair cut" and always be talking with other clients and other barbers and not giving you a hair cut or whatsoever, but NOT THIS TIME. I got my haircut with Kimberly today and she was super professional, did a FADE in LESS than AN HOUR. I don't think ya'll understand how impressive that is for me. Everything was very nice and she definitely understood the assignment, she follow my directions exactly as I told her and she did an awesome job. Also I'm an introvert, so I don't really talk much, and she didn't make it feel awkward or anything like that.
