Do not go here period. The staff is nice enough although not sure how knowledgeable. My screen was totaled on an iPhone 12 Pro. Thought I’ll just go local and get it fixed. Going to the Apple Store never crossed my mind. I’ve been to places like these before for battery replacement with much success. Was informed I could get an LCD or OLED display as a replacement. Was never informed that an Apple screen was an option (much higher cost I found out later). I chose OLED at their recommendation. Screen was glitchy from the start. Would “flash” when waking up and sensitivity was bad. Went back after I couldn’t stand it anymore and the owner (nice guy) thought it might be my cheap screen protector and he comped me a very nice one. Problems still persisted and they warranted the screen out but charged me $10 for a new screen protector that was free to begin with? Screen sensitive seemed better but not perfect and flashing upon awakening was 50% better. All things I thought “I can live with” until the ghost touching started. Went back and luckily my wife recorded a short video of it on her phone so I could prove it. The employee replaced the screen and tried to blame me saying I had too many apps open (might want to bone up on Apple’s memory management before blaming customers for faulty equipment). He even said that they would probably have to eat the cost of the screen since “it was my fault”. New screen seemed about as good as the last without any ghost issues….until we went on a camping trip. Employee never informed me that the phone did not carry the same water resistance (IP68) as factory, he even called it something different than Apple did? It got “damp” and the screen stopped working (no touch capability but still on and running) could not remember how to restart without the touch feature so I let the battery run down and kept it turned off for a few days. Plugged it in when we got home and screen was blank and green. Went back thinking this is a no brainer. Was informed that there was a “water damage” policy for the warranty to be voided. I told the employee that I’d not been informed of the repaired phone’s lack of any fluid resistance and he said it was printed on my receipt. He then proceeded to look me straight in the eye and say that “99% of people know that after a screen replacement that this was the case”. Well, needless to say, that phone is in a drawer with a bunch of silica packs and I had to buy a “new to me phone” and at least the screen works. SERIOUSLY FOLKS AVOID THEM. 6+ visits and a dead phone.

Tommy did an amazing job figuring out whether my phone had a battery problem or if it was just a charging port. Also, he helped me save a ton of money CPR is definetly the place to bring your electronic device. The service is top tier and fast!!

I purchased a phone 7 days ago and since day one people have told me they cannot hear me talking. I took it in today and they thought it needed a new board. I left it there for two hours and when I went to pick it up they told me when they opened it the water damage sensor was triggered and therefore the warranty was void and I would have to pay for it.

So I paid $550 for a refurbished phone that has not worked properly since I got it!!! I supposedly exposed the phone to moisture which in 7 days I find very hard to believe.

I believe the phone has not been functional since I got it, but they are claiming the phone passed all inspections since they put it on the shelf. But they were going to have to replace a board to correct the hearing issue, so obviously not!

I shall be contacting the Better Business Bureau to inquire about lemon laws for cell phone!!!

Update: within an hour of this posting I got a call from the store telling me they would fix the phone at no charge. So back to the store I went, had to wait another two hours, but it supposedly is corrected. I did call a couple of contacts who said they could hear better, so fingers crossed. I was also offered a free case for the inconvenience of the day!

I then received a call from one of the store owners who asked what happened and apologized for the inconvenience. He explained that the store employees were following policies but would get training on when exceptions should be made! I hope this will help anyone else who buys a phone that within a few weeks is having issues and appreciate the owner recognizing an error had been made and jumping on...

Go somewhere else for your electronic repair, or at least be wary of this place! I dropped my laptop and broke one side of the hinge, so I brought it here to be repaired. They said the entire screen and most of the upper half would have to be replaced. I wasn’t happy about that but I had broken the touch screen separately several years ago so I decided to go ahead and let them replace it. Then they called me and said it would be almost double the price they quoted if I actually wanted a touch screen, and the original price would only cover a standard LCD screen, and a used one at that. I should have said no at that point but I let them go ahead. Sunk cost fallacy and all.

I got it back, and there are bulges around the edge of the screen and the bottom back edge is still cracked. One of the guys described it himself as a “Frankenstein build”. But that was the least of my worries. Somehow they ruined the internal Wi-Fi connector and it now won’t connect to Wi-Fi unless I’m literally feet from a router. I brought it back, and they blamed it on pre-existing damage, which is BS because even with the broken hinge and screen, it was connecting fine before I brought it in. They did give me a USB Wi-Fi antenna, and it works with that, but now I have to carry around a big antenna with my laptop. I wish I had just called them on their shit and went somewhere else at...
