THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS !!!! Well where do I begin. This has been the most stressful and frustrating experience I have ever had with any suit/dress clothing retailer. First and foremost this was supposed to be a happy time as my baby sister is getting married. My soon to be brother in law got my measurements of a 40 long 33 waist slim fit suit. When I called to pay over the phone for suit for her wedding I asked to verify measurements and I was told that my measurements was a 40 long 34 waist slim fit suit ( I was over it then) it was then that I told my soon to be brother in law that measurements was wrong and he assured me that he gave them the measurements. He called and they told him this suit did not come in slim fit ( I was like ummmm why wasn't this told when the order was placed and they also said the pants do not come in odd numbers) I was over it and ticked off .. So I asked that the suit be sent to me via over night mail and they told me that it wasn't in yet and it would be in Monday ( this is less than a week from the wedding) ... I was beyond hurt because my sister dream wedding with her one and only brother was turning into a disaster. So I regained my self and called the next day and told them to just send me the 40 long 34 waist regular fit suit to be and I will have it altered in Dallas where I reside in time for the wedding. My other sister end up going there personally and picking up the suit and when I got it from her I was a 42 long 26 waist urban fit suit (OMG) beyond ticked off I called and I asked for a refund. They found every reason not to do this (they even agreed to send the 40 long 34 pants suit via mail ( Its too late for that the wedding is Saturday and it is Monday by the time the suit get to me in Dallas, Texas from Arkansas I would not be able to get it altered in time. This has been horrible. I end up having to take a $218 suit and have it altered for $127 (SO SAD) I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !! AND I AM GOING TO FILE SUIT BECAUSE THIS IS DOWN RIGHT WRONG. YOU VERIFY MEASUREMENTS JUST TO SEND ME SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I...
Read moreIt all started as a simple trip to Dolce Vita for a wedding suit. Three friends, one mission: to find the perfect fit. Little did we know, this wasn’t just a suit store. Oh no, this was the beginning of a weekly tradition that’s now spiraled into what can only be described as a full-blown suiting obsession.
We loved the experience so much that we now go every week, purely for the adventure. Each visit feels like stepping into the wardrobe of The Chronicles of Narnia (but with Italian tailoring and zero lions). We’ve got our fitting ritual down to an art: walk in like James Bond, pretend to know something about fabrics, and leave looking like we’re about to conquer Wall Street... or a very fancy coffee shop.
Every week, the staff welcomes us like old friends. They know we’re not there just for the clothes anymore—it’s for the thrill. One week, we tried on suits so sharp, we half-expected to be recruited for an international spy mission. Last week, they humored us as we "tested" the suits for their ability to withstand impromptu dance battles (spoiler: they passed with flying colors).
Honestly, Dolce Vita should start charging us rent, but until then, we'll keep showing up, living out our sartorial fantasies, and leaving ready to tackle the world one lapel at a time.
If you’re in the market for a suit—or just an unforgettable experience—join us. You might just get addicted to the Dolce...
Read moreI strongly don’t recommend this place. I asked to try on 2 dress shirts and the main manager who was helping me sold me the shirts rang me up but kept the original packaging. Later I decided the shirts weren’t comfortable enough for work. Never worn items, with the tags, the receipt and bag, I went back and met the same manager. He immediately denied my return and pointed at this sign that states if worn it cannot be returned. Then he said because I tried them on it cannot be returned and I told him that he helped me try them on but didn’t explain that to me. He asked for the plastic that the shirts came in and I explained to him that he kept on (I think this was planned) when he was ringing me up. He asked for my receipt which I had. He then said that he cannot return it and asked me to come to the back to see how many clothes people wear and return. I told him that he’s a salesman and coming from another salesman it’s his job to sell those and it’s not a good idea having markdown items hidden in the back. Don’t mind being denied but I don’t like...
