Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Little Rock

Today was my first time visiting this place & location. I usually go to Smoothie King. I came through the drive through and there were 3 cars ahead to me. I sit in line past 10mins. The line wasn't moving, so I got frustrated and I left the drive thru, parked my car and walked inside. I see one employee having lunch at the table. 3 behind the counter one at the window, which was a female, black female with braids, another 1 which was a male standing there talking to her. One more black male over by the smoothie area on his CELL PHONE texting or whatever he was doing. I got no greeting. I got no hello.. no how can I help you.. no I'll be with you in a second. This is so frustrating. Hire people who want to be at the job, people who care about your company and its reputation. Hire friendly people who knows how to treat a customer who knows how to greet a customer. If I'm waitng for a long extended reason, I don't mind that. Just say something to me. When entering the facility tonight around 6:25pm, the workers were all on the phone and did not greet. When preparing my order one of the young ladies were on the phone, and did not wash her hands after cleaning and went from on the phone to making my order. A young black worker were on the phone entire time. The table that's in front of where you watch your order being made was dirty. When I receive my smoothie it tasted weird like it was watered down. I felt rushed with my order being taking. I've worked as a manager at a restaurant, and the professionalism tonight was horrible. If my workers received a bad rating everyone would be written up or suspended. Because today around 6:25pm was the worst. I will not be coming back to this Tropical smoothie ever! And this is not the first time this has happened. I came in this store about 3 months ago with my family, same thing..the workers are always on the damn phone!! This location used to make the smoothies decently, but most of the time it is watered down, chunks of ice left, the amount of time they take to do just that is uncalled for. Everytime, even just with one smoothie ordered, I will be waiting for about 10 minutes. If it is not made right I would go inside to get them remade and the employees are all rude and have attitudes. They are goofing around with each other not doing their job. There is one friendly employee at the drive thru window, but she is hardly ever there. This one is close to home, but I am going to go to a different location. I love Tropical Smoothie, but this one is horrible. Employees, smoothies, food, and the manager.
