Livermore Valley Florist — Local services in Livermore

Came in Valentines morning to pick up a bouquet of flowers for my daughter in law from my son who is hospitalized due to a sudden illness. I had just been to Safeway. I left there feeling stupid and overwhelmed after asking for help. The lady at Livermore florist greeted me immediately and asked if she could help me. They were packed, but made me feel like I was the only one in the place. I picked a premade arrangement and asked if she could add to it. Acted like it was absolutely no problem and told me exactly what it would cost. And, I think it was actually less money than I would have had to spend at Safeway with two big bunches of flowers that were not near the quality plus the cost of the vase. True professionals...

I originally called the week of mother's day and asked they be delivered that friday before mothers day to my mom's office. I called back and rescheduled for them to be delivered when my mom would return from vacation and they were more than accommodating. I had to change quite a bit of info including the address, name to deliver to, and personalized card. I live in maryland so I had no idea what would be delivered (i just told them something colorful and affordable) and if they would be delivered at a decent time. They were delivered on her lunch break at work. She sent me a picture of them and they were FAR more beautiful than i expected for the price. everything was perfect. I spent almost $100 on a bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day, at around 4:00 I called because it hadn't been delivered yet and they told me it would arrive shortly. It is now past 8:00 and I've heard nothing nor have the flowers been delivered. If I had known this was going to happen I would've just made a bouquet myself for much cheaper but I wanted to really take care of my mom. I'm very disappointed and had to explain all of this to my mother before running out to make her a fresh bouquet so that she was still taken care of. Not sure if I'll be receiving my $100 bouquet at all...
