This is a great coffee shop! It is such a cute, fun, cozy environment. The baristas are so kind and friendly. The menu on the wall is easy to follow and pick which coffee or snack you'd like to have. There is a decent amount of seating indoors and some outside as well!
I got an iced pumpkin latte that was pretty good, but could have been a bit sweeter. Next time, I'd just order it extra sweet–easy fix! There are SO many different coffee drinks for the coffee enthusiasts! It's a very passionate cafe–not so modernized and corporate as places like Starbucks. It feels more real and traditional.
The environment is so cozy and natural. It is decorated with plants, lights, antique decor, and various seating options. This is a perfect place to chat with friends and family, or you can come on your own to relax or get work done. They play soft coffee-vibes music and the noise level is perfect for small conversations or focused work time. They have free wifi! It's available on their Guest account and is accessible for 2 hours. They also have access to a bathroom with a changing table for the moms and dads.
The baristas are so kind and welcoming. I had a quick friendly chat with the girl who took my order and they offered to remake it if it didn't taste great. It was very casual and I did not feel rushed to place my order.
I highly recommend coming to this coffee shop! I found it from the Tri-Valley Coffee Trail website. I suggest checking that out and earning your...
Read moreI am very conflicted with my review.
I gave them 3 stars because of the GREAT CONSUMER SERVICE, COFFEE, AND FOOD! When I try a new coffee shop I like to get atleast 2 of their coffees. One of them was a lavender flavor coffee and the second a cappuccino. The sausage sandwiches were so good I bought one to eat there and ended up taking one to go.
I specifically went to this coffee shop because I saw on their reviews that they had a study room which was exactly what I was looking for. Upon my arrival I searched for the room and I quickly realized it was gone!! It seems they changed it to a storage room. Ugh, I was devastated I drove from Oakland to Livermore just to study, drink coffee, and prep for my exam. Instead around 9AM the coffee shop was busy there were kids, 2 girls sitting next to me laughing at the top of their lungs, a lot of chaos. The table was small I felt cramped with my textbook, notebook, pens, coffee, and food.
I would 100% recommend it to stop and grab a coffee or food. Hangout with friends and chat it up but I would not recommend it for Someone who wants to drink coffee and study.
P.S. the bathroom was very cute and had a retro feeling to it. Their soap was powder not liquid I've never seen that before...
Read moreI have visited a few times and have really enjoyed the drinks (lots of syrups and teas to choose from, drip coffee is good as well), the pastries (which are VERY good - apricot croissant, vegan blackberry croissant), and the ample cushioned booth seating (soft seats are better than hard!).
NOTE: Great spot for a chat or to read a book or write, but NOT to work on the internet. All the times I’ve visited, the wifi hasn’t worked. There seems to be a network & staff will share a password, but they acknowledge it’s finicky (and for me, finicky = device says password is wrong, every time). You can try to use a hotspot or your smartphone, but the LTE cell service is nonexistent. For me going forward, it’ll only be a place for a book or a chat! And a...
