The girl at register seems new. She doest really know how to do a return. She kept asking her co worker to help. But the co worker wasn't willing to help. She just said ājust don't click that ā āor go to that pageā and kept walk away. And leave her have no clue how to do the next step. I've been standing there for 40minutes, staring at new girl that has no clue how to do a return. The manager saw Iāve been standing there for such a long time, but she was just texting on her phone at the front door without offering any help. Finally the Co worker realized it has been too long and step in and help. After 10 more minutes, she couldn't figure out how to do return either. Finally, she went to the manager and ask for help. The manager came, and the return was process with only a minute. Basically... I stood there almost a hour, watching them clicking on the register with no clue which could have been finished in just few seconds. The manager could have just come over and teach her employee how to do return. I was returning a purse I had purchased last year at a different Kate Spade Outlet in Milpitas, Ca and since I didn't have the receipt and the cashier did not take my email information, the associate from the Great Mall was giving me a hard time and would not let me return or exchange my purse that had discrepancies and was under warranty. I did everything in my power even got my back statement and yet he, David, would not exchange my item. I had a very bad experience with management at the Great Mall Outlet. I ended up going to the Kate Spade Outlet store located in Livermore, Ca and I spoke with Mary Jane, supervisor, and with no hesitation, she helped me and allow me to get an exchange/credit for what the present value of the purse was.
