Michael Kors Outlet — Attraction in Livermore

MK Conesseur posting...This outlet store is good overall. They had some of last season and newer MK styles but not the spring, 2018 line. The store was super crowded with shoppers but every checkout station was manned and operating, so the wait to check out wasn't bad. They had 50 percent off the regular priced purses and wallets and 70 percent off last season's items which people seemed to flock to first lol. I bought a medium backpack purse, matching wallet in the new soft pink color and one Kors accessory for my backpack (which were full priced items) for $250 and they were exactly what I wanted (See my picture)! I would definitely recommend you go here because there are some good deals to be had! There were several sales staff available to help and the store also had luggage, watches, scarves, clothes, belts, and a few MK tennis shoes and summer type flip flops available for purchase. I also bought a birthday gift for a family member in the form of a small purse and a small money holder and it came to $109.00. All in all, I got exactly what I wanted for half the price, so I'm happy! Parking is free but you have to stalk people to get it or go right before the outlet stores open. There's a food court, Starbucks, Chipotle, movie theater and just about every high end and low end outlet store you can think of near this MK store too! MK purchases make great birthday, graduation and anniversary gifts, but this one was for one hard working girl~ME! We bought a Michael Kors bag from the Livermore Michael Kors outlet on 29th November 2021. 3 days later the zipper has fallen off. We are now in San Francisco and cannot get back to the Livermore Outlet as we don't have transport back there (visiting from the UK). We went to the MK store in San Francisco and the gentleman here has said that he can't help us as it's an "outlet" problem. We asked if he could just put another zip on and tighten the clasp but he said this wouldn't be possible. There's also no guarantee the UK stores will help us when we return to London on 5th December. We do not want a refund but a repair on the bag or a replacement bag.

I find it shockingly poor workmanship that the zipper has fallen off within 3 days and very poor service from Michael Kors that another Michael Kors store in San Francisco has said that they cannot help us despite the lady at Livermore saying that if we have any problems in the first year, we can take the bag to any MK store for free repairs or replacements.

I think it's a reasonable expectation, that if you pay 100s of dollars on a bag that it will be usable for more than a few days and that if there's a problem, the local store should be...

Two things I hate falling in line and liars. I experienced both at this store 01/08/2023. I saw a jacket from the 70% off rack. I know things get mixed up to I looked around for someone to help me. There’s this Asian lady loitering about. I was not sure if she was an employee so I asked politely if she works there and she said yes. I asked her “I found this jacket at the 70% off rack is this part of the sale?” And she said “yes, 70% off and it’s the last one.” I thanked her and walked over to the long line. I patiently waited for my turn and when the cashier processed it, low and behold it was not 70% off. The cashier did not believe me when I told them what I was told about the price of the jacket. They had to call the Asian lady to to counter to contradict what I was telling the cashier. The Asian lady said that she did not tell me that it’s 70% off. The price was just off 30$ I can definitely afford that but by principle and I was mad because they made me feel like a liar trying from steal from the big company Michael Kors, I left and did not buy the jacket.
