Club Pilates — Attraction in Livingston

My intro class was with Patrice and she was personable, calm, welcoming and gave instructions that were easy to understand. She provided foundational understanding for how each movement worked out a specific or set of muscle groups. She also took the time to point out where we should feel the stretch or burn and where we shouldn’t for each movement. Overall great instruction. This location was clean, well maintained equipment, waiting area was orderly and included water for purchase and other equipment and accessories. The staff at this location, Mike (think he was the owner) and the front desk attendant (sorry didn’t get his name), were very nice and also gave off a very welcoming feeling as I was greeted when entering and when I called ahead of time to communicate unexpected delays in my travel. Will be returning.

Great studio. I get an amazing workout every time I go. Every instructor is different and has their strengths to keep the session engaging, either concentrating on strength, balance, flexibility or combination of these. Coming out from Sarah’s class always feels like I got a good workout not only concentrating on balance but incorporating strength and flexibility. Andrea’s classes push our flexibility and stretching to our limits and then some. Vicky is always fun and engaging with interesting combinations of stances and stretches. Natalie brings us some unconventional stretches to overall body workout. And after leaving Melissa’s class you feel very muscle of your body has gotten a good workout because it is on fire and you have pulled in your “blueberry” for slimmer taller you. Love all of...

Finally. A studio I look forward to going to and a workout I enjoy. First, this place is clean, y’all - very clean. Second, it’s convenient, easy to locate, and I’ve never had a problem finding parking. Third, they offer classes to suit all schedules - My schedule requires late night and early morning workouts, both of which CP Livingston offers. Fourth, the instructors are approachable and easy to follow. They made it easy for a newcomer like me to learn quickly and progress my practice in just a few weeks. Finally, the workout is fun!!
