As a student of Yoga you can choose from a variety of instructional teachers and classes. The overall experience is comfortable in the best way possible. However, I will need to elaborate. I receive exactly what I need out of my practice whether I'm looking to push myself physically or to focus on restoring my energy. The studio is where students can ask questions about specific poses or take modifications without worry. There is no scarcity of Yoga studios in our area, they are everywhere! I have trained and experienced NYC studios, boutique studios, with other various Yoga Instructors and studios. But what sets them apart? Danina R and Allison E. class sets them apart. you are dealing with the Janis Joplin of Yoga and the Pablo Picasso of Yoga. I attended the 9:00AM and 10:30AM class to find that the class is very much in demand. If you are going to there, I would recommend you make a reservation or get there early and I may add that it will be worth it. You go into the Yoga class and you find the atmosphere is a bit unique, That piqued my interest. The Yoga class atmosphere was really elegant and beautiful. You will absolutely love walking into the studio being softly light. This unique teacher's class will become mainly known for its exotic Yoga teaching from a couple of rising star on the Yoga circuit. One of the other main attractions of this Yoga class is the unique decor and soft background music that provide a perfect ambiance for an enjoyable practice meeting all your Yoga needs. For beginners to experienced Yogi this class will bring you back to the meaning of Yoga and being part of the Yoga community. The instructor make an effort to help out every student in poses. I wish I can give zero star. Do not book this studio on Classpass. I got numerous marketing texts from this studio without signing up and I finally decided to give it a try. I successfully made a reservation on CP a few days prior to the class only to find out my name is not on YogaSix's list when I arrived at the studio. I showed my reservation on my phone to the front desk lady who kindly let me in. However, upon leaving the class, she told me that because my name did not show up on their system, I had to pay a drop-in fee of $30 or otherwise I will be banned from the studio (not to mention they have 3 classes for $26 on their website). She acknowledged my booking looks valid on my CP app but said this is the instruction from her manager that she has to follow. I offered to send them a screenshot of my successful booking on CP so they can work with CP, but they refused to take it (multiple times). I was told I had to pay them right away and contact Classpass later. I understand technical disconnect may happen but extremely disappointed at their attitude when there seems to be technical disconnect between CP and the studio (at no fault of the customer). If you are relying on CP to bring you new clients but not even bothered to work with them to resolve technical issues when customer presented you with solid evidence of successful reservation, I don't know what to say. I was treated with disrespect with the threat of potentially get banned from the studio although I absolutely did nothing wrong. Wow just wow. If you are working/teaching at this studio, I wish you best of luck with the management team given this is how they treat their customers. All of the yoga instructors are amazing! However, some of the front desk people / manager have no experience in customer service. They do not treat their clients equally and fairly. I was there yesterday for a class and forgot a yoga mat. I have been there before and they have let other people borrow it for free. Yesterday when I asked to borrow one they wanted me to pay $5. I then explained how I saw they have given it to other people to borrow for free and they still told me it was $5. I proceeded to put my shoes and jacket on when they said they would let me borrow it for free. I should not have to put my shoes and jacket on for them to change their mind.
