Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store — Local services in Livingston

My wife and I both suffer from lower back pain, so we decided to give Tempur-Pedic a try. Neither of us has any experience with memory foam mattresses, so we scheduled a private appointment at their flagship store in Livingston, NJ.

When we arrived, we met with Ms. Badia Brown. We were both impressed by her industry knowledge as well as her professional courtesy. Ms. Brown explained the store’s updated safety protocols to us, and then we were on our way to trying the different mattresses in the store. I very much appreciated how she listened to us both – what we each needed, how each of us sleep, and what each of our personal preferences are. After trying six different mattresses in the store, we kept coming back to the first two that she started us on. It was close, but we decided on a firm mattress with cooling technology. Once we were satisfied with our mattress selection, we moved on to the base options: stationary, adjustable, split adjustable. My wife and I decided to splurge a little here since we never had an adjustable bed (outside the hospital, anyway). When she showed us how it would help monitor our sleep, provide sleep analytics, and even automatically adjust when snoring is detected, we were sold. After that, she walked us through the 90-day trial period, the warranty, and finally the current specials and offers available to us: store credit, discounts on accessories, etc.

This experience exceeded our expectations. We learned a lot about beds and how far the technology has progressed since we last shopped twelve years ago. There was no pressure to buy on any of it, and Ms. Brown, with her expertise, was able to quickly assess what would be comfortable for us – both physically and financially.

If you are looking for a new mattress, I recommend giving Tempur-Pedic a try. If you do, I highly recommend you do what we did and schedule an appointment with Ms. Brown. DO NOT give a positive google review to Dil Kadir until your full Tempur Pedic order is fully delivered and you are satisfied. On May 26, 2021, I purchased 2 Tempur Pedic beds (LuxeAdapt Firm -Queen & Adapt Medium Hybrid -Queen) and 2 Tempur Pedic bases (Ergo Extend with SLEEP-TRACKER- Queen & Ergo 2.0) along with 2 Queen mattress protectors. A price tag upward of $8900.00. My delivery was scheduled for 06/04/21 and all items were delivered but my Ergo Extend with SLEEP-TRACKER base that would not clear my second floor landing to make it in the home. I had the delivery drivers take Ergo-Extend back with them. I called Dil Kadir on 06/04/21 right after the found out my base would need to be exchanged but he was not in the office. His colleague Badia took my concerns and assured me I would hear back from Dil on Monday, 06/07/21. Dil called me on 06/07/21 and advised my base exchange was put in the system and that delivery should be quick because the holiday had now passed. He also advised I would receive a refund of $600 plus tax ( the difference between the price of Ergo-Extend & Ergo 2.0 with SLEEP-TRACKER). He would make a follow up call to confirm if I would be receiving a check or if the refund would be deposited directly to my bank account. 06/07/21 was the last time I heard from Dil Kadir. No follow up to see if my delivery was complete and I was satisfied and no follow up to confirm I received my refund. By the way I did not receive my refund until 07/9/21 and not for the amount Dil advised me I would receive. Dil Kadir is an excellent salesman but that is it. He is not concerned with your satisfaction. He is not concerned passed the sale. Badia on the other hand who was NOT my sales person was always professional and courtesy and followed up to ensure my base was delivered. She cares past your transaction. Exceptional is an understatement! Mrs. Brown and Mr. Rosa went above and beyond exemplifying customer service, care and knowledge of all Tempur-pedic products. I bought the Tempur-pedic ergo extend smart base and bed for a family member with a medical condition. As a medical professional and inventor of the medical device called the Dynamic Human Model I fully understand human anatomy and did research in order to find the best bed on the market and Tempur-pedic is the very best out there hands down. It not only lifts from the head and legs, but also has a zero gravity sitting position and for peace of mind automatically lifts up when snoring ideal for those with sleep apnea. Further, it connects to your smart device allowing you and your provider to see the quality of your sleep in addition to your heart rate. Mrs. Brown and Mr. Rosa explained each bed and the difference of each. Further, they discussed which bed would be best to address the medical necessities for my family member. There patience, kindness, and helpfulness will forevermore be appreciated. Mr. Rosa even came out to the car to meet the individual with the medical need- this was remarkable.
