Customized chicken caesar salad. I added balsamic mushrooms, tomatoes , cranberries and I ordered two extra pieces of bread. It already comes with one piece of bread. The salad is awesome. Everything is fresh and made to order. We used to go to the salad house but not anymore Just Salad is the place to go they have so many different options like if you don't eat white meat you can get dark meat with your salad and instead. This is a meal not a side salad so expect to be full. I would recommend that you order online, they tend to get really busy. Oh and they have a drive thru! As with any place check you food before you leave. Only had 1 issue before. I was just missing by bread, but it was resolved by a wonderful customer service department. Idk why it's taken me so long to try this place being that I work right on Eisenhower. I've had two salads so far and they've been great quality, nice freshness and crunch. The staff seems very nice. However, today I ordered via the app for drive through. I requested an extra bread. When I went to the intercom and when I went to the window I mentioned the extra bread. The person at the window said, if it says it on the receipt its in the bowl. I looked at the reciept and saw it there, therefore believed it was in the bowl. It wasn't. It doesn't break the bank but the extra bread is an extra cost. I'm kicking myself for just taking the employees word and leaving. Just annoyed I remembered and mentioned it more than once. First, let me say that I truly enjoyed my salad tremendously and after it being my very first time at this location, the pleasure was being serviced by Eva. I believe she’s the manager. I’m not sure, but I was very impressed with how helpful she was and helping me select the perfect salad and, how the positive energy that she portrayed was very welcoming, so much so two days later I was back and was happy that she was there so I can let her know how much I enjoyed my salad as well as her smile and her energy.
