It's so hard to give reviews when some people are great, and others are awful. Let me state that Hector and Sudaiba are amazing. Hector is a very caring and knowledgeable masseuse. Sudaiba is friendly and does a great facial.
Now for the reception desk....most of the people are very kind, and helpful. There is one woman who seems to be annoyed when you ask about your packages and when you schedule multiple classes at one time. The absolute worst experience is having an awesome massage, and then having to deal with a disgruntled person at the desk. The issue was that I collected many packages because I was taking care of my Mom and couldn't attend monthly. I was given the wrong information on multiple times when I inquired about the packages available for use. I was told that one service would be comped, but it was not. I also spoke with a manager who was initially nice, but then became frustrated. Apparently, asking questions for clarification of policies is not acceptable at the Livingston Hand & Stone. They want you to accept what they say even when it doesn't make sense or they can't articulate the actual policy to you.
When checking out, one staffer pointed to the screen and the other staffer told her to hush. This interaction left me feeling like unethical actions were being taken on my account. Again, I was told that a service would be comped, but it was not.
I wouldn't recommend anyone use this location long-term nor sign-up for memberships. It's unfortunate that the technicians are going to lose business because the front-desk staff struggles with communication and customer service. In this case, one bad apple spoiled the bunch.

I was happily greeted by Stacie and Leslie as I entered the Livingston Spa. They quickly and efficiently checked me in and were very gracious.
Upon finishing my appointment, they were both extremely helpful while I was booking my next appointment. They are very knowledgeable about the details of all of the services, the providers, their level of expertise and their specialties within. They are very understanding and interested in accommodating ones needs. Thank you to both of you!
Jessica, is an Amazing Esthetician! She is extremely knowledgeable about her profession! She is very sweet, kind, professional and most of all caring about my individual facial skin care needs. She has answered all of my questions and made recommendations to me and tips on products and processes I can do daily to maintain healthy facial skin. I am very grateful to her and highly recommend Jessica to you. You will not be disappointed.
Joanna, is a Wonderful Massage Therapist. She is also very kind, sweet and professional. She listens to your needs before she starts the massage and accommodates your wishes. Whatever area of discomfort you are experiencing, she has the knowledge of how to care for it and gives you tips for exercises to try at home to help you continue to heal. Having gone to seven different massage therapists, my experience has always been poor. From one wearing gloves and not advising they'd be wearing gloves during the service, to two of them totally skipping areas of the full body massage, another therapist that didn't take feedback with amount of pressure applied - I would not recommend massages.
The front office staff also seems to have a lot of turnover with people always in training. I've had multiple billing related issues where they used my packages AND billed me, tried to correct, leaving voids and pending transactions on my credit card. Their system also doesn't provide void receipts so I had to closely watch my credit card to monitor the transactions did not go through. I don't like companies that use my credits/billing without my authorization.
I decided to cancel services. I never received an email confirmation of receipt of the termination form. I tried to use my last service that I paid for within the 90 day grace period which I thought was from my last billing date - but it turns out it must be used 90 days from the date of the termination request (that again, was never acknowledged by their office). I was 4 days late to book and lost out on the service.
