This location is getting five stars simply because of the customer service I received from Sydney. As soon as I walked in the door she was ready, eager, and extremely helpful. She even signed me up for a rewards account! I needed to do shoe school shopping for my grandchildren and they had the pictures, and Sydney found them. If they weren’t in stock, she ordered them to be sent to the store. She is phenomenal. She’s a self initiator who needs little guidance from management and certainly should be considered for a management track. She has pride for the company and knows what it takes to generate these types of reviews and achieve excellent customer satisfaction. While I was waiting for her looking for the stock, I saw at least 4-5 floor associates huddled together literally hiding from customers. Shameful. I hope she is in or is being considered for leadership development, or certainly another organization will scoop this young lady up....
