This taco bell is the worst! We should've quit going a couple of months ago when we placed a mobile order and got to the restaurant and were told by the two employees standing outside smoking that they were out of everything and to request a refund. The app wasn't letting us request one and she informed us it would take a couple of days to get our money back. We told her we spent the last bit we had to feed our kids after a day of traveling and now we have no food. The other employee then says ok I'll make it. Magically they were able to make out entire order as we stood at the counter and watched. Then today I place a mobile order. The app says it's ready right before I pull up to the restaurant. I go in and they act like they already gave my order out. They ask to see my mobile receipt. They take pictures of it and proceed to make my order. When they give it to me I checked to make sure everything was there(shocker it was missing items) but I didn't really check the quality. They give me the missing items and the drink substitutions to the drinks I ordered since they wereput. I get home and the food is not only cold but sloppyand unappetizing. The Mexican pizza box is smooshed and the rubbery pizza is stuck to the top of it, the Burritos aren't even wrapped up, the hard taco had everything on it that wasn't supposed to be and it was broken into pieces, and to top it off one of the cups of cheese for the chips was eaten out of!! There was a tint bit in it and you can see the lines in it from someone putting their chips in it! We tried calling the store several times with no answer, called the corporate with no answer, so I reported it through the app. I don't expect any type of compensation for the money we spent. Just have to chalk it up to a lesson learned. Stay away from this...
Read moreAs a chain, I've never really had a problem with Taco Bell. Food is always great as a pick-me-up after a stressful day! However, that's about where it ends for this location. This is now the third time I've ordered (or tried to order) from this location. The first two times, I waited at the drive through (which was empty both times) for 30 minutes. I've worked food service in both fast food and restaurants for about 5 years now, so I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they just got done with a rush, or they're understaffed and there are a lot of online orders.
This evening, I placed an order online. I specifically asked for no lettuce on my soft shell taco, I received lettuce and a hard shell taco. The quesadilla was barely cut. These are issues that, usually, I'd just shrug off. Admittedly, they aren't going to ruin my night. However, this is now the third time I've had an issue with this location. This, coupled with the fact that I've had multiple people warn me against going to this location, are the reason why this is probably one of the poorer locations in Henry County. Just drive the extra 25 minutes to...
Read moreGranted, this Taco Bell is a duel eatery... it shares it's menu with KFC... I don't care for fried foods. I do like Mexican food, however. The guy who took my order was friendly and helpful enough, the general atmosphere behind the scenes was unpleasant. I'm sure it is very unpleasant for the workers, but "if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen," is the southern expression, yet, personally, I wouldn't want this job. Do I serve people? All the time, and if I want my service to be a success, I do it with a smile, and let the customer know I appreciate them. This universal behavior has been taken by today's generation, and flushed down the toilet! And speaking of, the men's restroom was filthy! And the space it occupied was used poorly... a 2 holer, which can't be used as such because it's just one big open space! Who designed this place? The dining room was pleasant and somewhat clean, but overall, I felt like I was in a tug o war between two eateries that are too weak to stand on their own... I won't be going back here! Isn't the idea to keep em coming back for more?...
