When I called fromt desk to book the night before... she was extra friendly and accomidateing extending law enforcement and multi room doscounts. We were overall happy with our stay. Good beds/rooms. Decent breakfast. Tiny pool almost like the size of hot tubs in resorts. I'd guess 12x10 maybe? Small place. Clean. Adjoining rooms. Good rates. Must be quiet. My kids (toddlers) were asked to be quiet by staff as they squeeled for joy in the water at the pool because other guest in nearby rooms complained. Honestly, the hotel seemed rather empty. I saw another guest only once and it was a couple at breakfast time... i would guess the rooms were NOT all booked and would suggest staff not booking the room that shares a wall with the indoor pool when plenty others are available. The staff says "room #×02 was complaining about the noise level and your going to have to keep them quiet" but Im not sure if that was the truth. The pool can be seen [likely heard] from the viewing windows in the lobby/breakfast area.. again a tiny spot that likely held some lobby furniture at the check in desk. Our room had sofa bed but no sheets, pillows or blankets. I didnt call for any.. we were so tired we just put the babies in our bed instead. Im sure they would have brought some... but im used to finding them in the drawer or closet along with extra pillows and blanket. Otherwise the room was well stocked and furnished with hair dryer, towels, soaps, make up wipes, single cup coffee maker and supplies, & mini fridge. Parking was near our room. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Was good for one night. Pretty good for a small town.

The hotel manager named JAY is rude and makes condescending uncomfortable comments and the heavy set Caucasian middle aged woman who works nights had an attitude with me for no reason. Im trucker and a woman. I understand some people might have their misconceptions about women staying in these hotels that are reserved for a male dominated industry but the staff should still be polite to every guest who walks through the door. I’d like to also add they’re serving the guests “free” EXPIRED Pillsbury soft baked cookies. I know they’re expired because a few days before they took the cookies out of the pack and put them in the bowl I looked at the rapper the cookies expired November 2023 stop being cheap, throw expired goods away!

The location was great, as there are many stores and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was friendly and attentive. I appreciated that. There's a small indoor saltwater pool and breakfast is available in the main lobby. The room was just ok. The biggest issue to me was the strong smell of mildew when you enter the room. The curtains were stained with mold from the moisture in the room. There is no outlet for steam from the jacuzzi or bathroom so everything stays damp/wet... the floor, the mirrors, the countertops, towels..everything. Also..the bathtub needs a little TLC. Would I stay again? Maybe..if the room was one without the 80's jacuzzi tub and mildew issue. That's all I got. Lol.

We were traveling north when we experienced car trouble and were able to locate service and lodging thru AAA. The 1st hotel was booked, this was the 2nd I contacted. When I explained our situation, Joyce at the check in desk told me a room would be available after 5. She and Rachel held the room for us as we were waiting for a tow. She didn't want credit card confirmation and said they would hold the room for us. Although we would have preferred a Queen, all they had available was a double. In a high stress situation ( car trouble late afternoon the Sunday before Christmas) Joyce and Rachel were a great comfort for us. Joyce even called back to make sure we arrived as we checked in after she left for the day. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. They are under renovations, so some construction was evident but expected. The furniture shows it's age, but I imagine that will be part of the renovation. Rachel gave us a late checkout time in case our car was repaired early, but we chose to stay an extra night. I was surprised that our room was cleaned after our 1st night, which I know is not happening at a lot of hotels now. Some grab and go options plus coffee, tea, milk, and juice were available as the lobby while the lounge area was being remodeled. Tanger outlet Mall and fast food restaurants were with in walking distance, since we were without a car. Word of caution, no sidewalks to Tanger. Thanks to the Staff and the Ramada for being our safe port...

5 exceeded expectations for the price.

Conveniently located off I-75 in Locust Grove, GA The staff was exceedingly nice and welcoming. Lobby was clean and well furnished. Salt water pool was working but I didn’t partake. Exercise room is small and stuffy but sufficient. My “upgraded” room was clean, modern and very comfortable. It had an in-suite jacuzzi which, sadly, I was not unable to enjoy because it didn’t not have hot water! I even left it running for 1/2 hour as the desk attendant suggested. Cold. If I hadn’t been upgraded to it I wouldn’t have missed it. Took a bath instead. Very hot but cramped and no jets. Tv remote didn’t work so watched my iPad instead. Continuous AC fan a plus since, as with most hotels, there is zero sound proofing.

I ate dinner across the street a Mexican joint- very good and reasonable price. As with most places in the US, there is NO pedestrian accommodations. You will be walking in parking lots and crossing a busy street with no sidewalks. Be careful. Or go to the BK in the hotel lot.

Breakfast was adequate and starts at 6am which is nice for us go-getters. Waffles, cereal, yogurt and fruit but no hot bar. Coffee was good.

In all I was very pleased with the place. For the price this easily beats out Holiday Inn express and exceeded my expectations.

As always, bring ear plugs for the road noise and request a top floor room so you don’t hear the kids above you jumping...
