Direct Ship Mattresses — Hotel in Locust Grove

My wife and I were looking for new mattress and 3 of the places we went were high pressure sales and trying to get you to fill out information to be contacted. I googled mattress stores and found Direct Mattress in Locust Grove which surprised me. Her website mentioned relaxed and no pressure sales. That's exactly who they are.

Michelle was actually not available the day we went but even her assistant that day was incredible. Matter of fact they close at 5pm on Sunday and when my wife and I were done enjoying a very relaxed atmosphere to learn and try out different mattresses we looked at the clock and it was 5:40pm. She never said a word and we walked away with 2 twin XL firm mattresses with the awesome adjustable bed frame. You must buy a frame that has zero gravity option. Trust me!

Do not buy a mattress and adjustable bed frame until you go see Michelle. It would big a big mistake. I am recommending everyone to go here and buy from a local business owner and member of commerce too.

She is so responsive to calls and emails as well. I can't say enough about how well our experience was here and the PRICE to get what we wanted.

BTW, her husband came to set up everything and he was fantastic too.

One other thing. We thought we were getting our bed on a date we set but the frames did not arrive on time. Issue was we sold our bed and mattress and had no bed to sleep on. I called Michelle and her husband came with the mattresses so we had something to sleep on that weekend.

I recently had an exceptional experience here where I originally worked with Mackenzie my first day in followed by the owner Michelle on my second day in. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the store was well-organized. On my first day Mackenzie, who assisted me, was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, patient, and truly attentive to my needs. I was looking for a mattress that would provide comfort for restful sleep as a side/back sleeper. I knew the mattress I wanted to test since I had done some research on it prior to me coming to the store. After listening to me, Mackenzie invited me to try another mattress, and I liked it better. After feeling hounded by the sales staff at big name mattress stores, we needed a break. We did research online and found brands that looked promising. We learned that Direct Ship Mattresses is a family business that sells Helix, Puffy and other brands we wanted to check out.

We me the owner, Michelle. We quickly got the sense that she is a person of integrity. She made us feel very comfortable. There was no pressure. She clearly knows her products and the industry. She answered all of our questions and gave us all the time we needed to choose the right mattress for us.

Weeks later, after we'd had our new mattress for a while, we had a problem with it. Michelle didn't hesitate to get this problem taken care of by putting in a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
