Coaches: All the coaches are super knowledgeable and genuinely care about your progress. Scarlett is the best, and she pushes you hard but in the right way. Her warm-ups are always well thought out and match the workout of the day perfectly.
Workout Program: They follow the HWPO (Hard Work Pays Off) program from Matt Fraser, and it’s no joke. The workouts are tough, smart, and effective, exactly what you need if you want real results.

Coach Jose is outstanding—his expertise and attention to detail are evident in every class. He provides clear, easy-to-follow instructions and is always there with support, ensuring that everyone maintains proper form and technique, which makes a huge difference in both safety and results.    Read moreI joined this CrossFit gym in October 2022, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. From day one, everyone made me feel welcome. I joined for my mental health and to get stronger, and it’s done wonders for both. I even worked out through my pregnancy and felt completely supported.
The coaches are excellent, each with their own coaching style, and the workouts are always challenging and fun. The Saturday partner workouts and supportive community make it even better. You’ll always see people hanging out or training together after class.
My only suggestion would be to host more in-house competitions to keep everyone motivated and excited.
