Hi I'm an older Grandma & an artist. Before it's too late I'm trying to give my children art lessons for Christmas and needed your "Paper Studio" Scrapbook Albums to record instructions and paintings in. Because your stores were limited in how many books they could carry, I couldn't get enough so each child will have one. Karlie, a lovely young woman who works in your Logan Utah Hobby Lobby store worked very hard to get what i needed....This included finding stores even more than 40 miles way in order for me to get enough.....AND when she learned they had gone on sale, she made certain I was able to get them at the lower price....which was important for a grandma on a limited budget! I just wanted your company to know how hard Karley worked to help me. She's a jewel and Hobby Lobby is lucky to have her. I'm so grateful for Hobby Lobby and your work to have happy customers. ...Thank you & Thank you Karley. Have a Merry Christmas because you have made me and my husband very happy. And thank you too, Eden, for your help. I WILL KEEP SHOPPING AT...
Read moreNeeded last minute scrapbook supplies for my nieces school. When we were checking out I was not able to connect to any WiFi, therefore I couldn’t upload the 40% off coupon. I tried several times and still was unsuccessful. I explained the situation to the cashier Charlotte. She then looked at the screen of my phone and saw a Previous search that I had done at home prior to coming to hobby lobby. That previous site wouldn’t clear because I was not connected to the internet. She then became very Condescending and rude. She said “the problem is you are at Hobby Lobby and you are searching Joanne Fabrics”. Jordan the Mananger came over and took the time to actually listen to me and understand what was happening with my phone. Thank you Jordan for your help. I really do appreciate it as stress levels are high. Charlotte during these interesting times it would be vital for you to focus on customer service instead thinking about your response before you understand the situation. It’s nice to be important BUT it’s more...

Sometimes everything isn't 100%--today I needed some zig zag craft scissors and they were out, and the girl working in fabrics didn't know what pinking shears are (zig zag specifically for fabric), so she was unable to point me to them. Another customer did. An item I had picked up turned out to have a hole in it. But those are very minor things to me. The girl in fabrics was young, and I don't know if that type of knowledge is around much now. Either way, she tried to help me and was friendly, as was the girl at check out who I gave the damaged item to. She felt awful, and offered to have someone look for another, and told me when to check back for...
