I was really excited about this place and really wanted to love it. I’ve been here a few times at this point so I feel like I have an accurate feel for things and I really tried to give them a chance. The Atmosphere *feels* expensive. The food is actually pretty good if you dine in (loved the Tom Kha!) however it feels as though they are still figuring things out and most of the people working here are kinda weird/odd and awkward and they act like they have no idea what they are doing or what’s going on and have never worked a customer service job in their life. Very disorganized. I also found it very confusing on how to pick up a mobile order especially when it’s busy. The line is long and doesn’t move because people are waiting to be seated and there’s no dedicated waiting area so it’s hard to even sign your name on a waiting list because there’s no space to move past. They should also maybe have a dedicated pick up area to skip this line for mobile orders? They are always out of things and it always seems I’m not able to order something I want. Also it’s VERY expensive and overpriced especially for pickup. For dine-in expect it to cost at least $75 at the bare minimum for 2 people. For to-go I spent exactly $50 for 2 Phos and 2 drinks and the Basil was old and kinda saggy and brown like it was close to rotting and smelt accordingly - There’s a separate box of noodles for the Pho and adding the noodles overflowed a good amount of the hot soup right onto my lap. And the noodles don’t separate hardly at all so it’s just like a block of noodles in the soup that won’t separate (noodles also seemed to stick together pretty bad when I ordered pho dine-in but not as bad as the take-out pho noodles). Just kinda feel stupid paying so much for it (I’ve had better pho for less). Maybe once they get more established and fix these issues I will update my review. Just pretty disappointed.

We recently went to the Laan Thai location in Ogden, so we were really excited to try the brand new one even closer! We got the pad see ew and the Laan Thai curry. I was excited to try the curry because the description was similar to the house curry at Thai house, which I love! The pad see ew was flavorful and delicious! I honestly was a little disappointed with the curry; it wasn't quite as flavorful as I was expecting. They're obviously still figuring some things out with this new location, but I think this place has a lot of potential to become a Logan gem. Edit: Came back a couple months later and tried the pho and pot stickers. The pot stickers were really good, and the pho was pretty good. I was more disappointed with the atmosphere in the light this time. It feels too much like a Costa Vida with some Thai decorations. It doesn't feel personal or private or reflect the price point.

The atmosphere is quite lovely and is rather relaxing. This is somewhat of an open kitchen, so food preparation can be heard and smelt. I had gluten-free Kung tempura, aka shrimp tempura. Nice and crunchy, well cooked. It comes with a dipping fry like sauce. I also had Pad Priaw Wan with seafood mix. One can pick the spice level from mild to spicy. I chose level 3 and found it not spicy. However, different dishes may be spicier than other dishes, and I prefer spicy. So that is a biased opinion, so I recommend starting low and reevaluating if there is a desire for more spice. The plate comes with rice. The rice is very nice and as was the dish. The seafood was not overcooked or raw. A superb dish is quite splendid. There is always the risk of cross contamination, so I recommend coming early before lunch rush. Please note, it is on the pricier side. My meal was $36.80, excluding the tip.

When we arrived at the restaurant, we were seated very promptly, the restaurant only had about half the tables full though, so that was very nice, but also not unexpected to be seated so fast.

After we were seated, it took nearly 25 minutes for our server to show up to take our orders, and this was after we tried to get the attention of the staff. Our waitress was very quiet and hard to hear when she did finally show up.

The food came out rather quickly once we ordered, and it was fine. Just be warned, the spice scale here is much hotter than other restaurants. I have a medium high spice tolerance. I ordered a 3/5 expecting it to be about a medium spice level, and it was one of the hottest things I've ever eaten. My fiance ordered her food at a 1/5 on the spice scale, and it was still served with the spicy topping, making it too hot for her to eat. To their credit though, when we brought that up with them, they did make it again, although our waitress was a bit rude about handling the whole situation. On top of that, we had to ask for refills on our water, after we'd finished them a while before.

Once we had finished eating, we waited, again for about 15 minutes before I was able to catch the attention of our waitress to ask for the check.

The atmosphere was nice, and food was fine but the service really killed this whole experience for me. This was honestly some of the worst service I've experienced at a restaurant. I hope that this was just a fluke, and given the other reviews here, I imagine it's the exception, not the norm. But what I know is that I won't...

Went there for lunch with 6 people. They only do electronic menus. We used their iPad, but they wouldn’t let us order off the lunch menu in the app, (apparently it only applies to Ogden location)?? Pricing was very high for portion size, quality and atmosphere. That would be reason enough not to return, but there is more. We ordered 6 items, and each one came out like 5-10 minutes apart from each other. Fortunately we were sharing, but it was very awkward to eat two bites of each thing 5-10 apart. I asked if they could bring the other white rice portions of the other items we ordered sooner (they come separately) so we had something on our plates to eat with the two bites of curry. They acted like that would be too hard to do, but we could pay for more rice separately. Ha! Food was ok, straightforward Thai food nothing too spectacular especially for the price - around $140 for lunch, ouch!! The only spot to seat people seemed to be way in the back by the bathrooms which didn’t add to the atmosphere that was ok, clean in general, but music and general vibe...
