My kids have always loved coming to this place. They always have good time and have had birthday parties and such here.
As mentioned in other reviews they are extremely particular and sticklers on their socks. Which I suppose I can begin to try understand, however, but while I was signing the waiver for my toddler, the individual who was running the desk was following my 18 month old around trying to hand him a package of socks while I was signing the waiver. Then she proceeded to look at the other socks my kids had on their feet and a couple other pairs I had from my purse. To which she said “we don’t accept that brand. He’ll need socks” Fortunately my neighbor had “jump zone” socks in her car that she let me borrow for two of my kids. Maybe it was an off day here but I was definitely less impressed with the customer service.
Edit it must be a really bad day here my oldest son was nearby me and my baby (in the toddler area), and he was asked to leave the area my a staff member. When I ask for clarification if my oldest son needed to not be here, then she asked me “oh, is he with you? Then he can come back.” Last thing has happened which I am feeling unsure about is I was following my 18 month old around (as I feel like I should be a mom) and someone flagged me down and said that because I don’t have a wristband and I need to go either purchase one or sit on the sides, but I cannot be on the trampolines. So then I had to just watch my toddler fall down into the little bouncy crevices where it was hard for him to get up, all because I didn’t have a wristband, but I wasn’t jumping. It just seem to very cut throat and not very realistic when chasing my toddler around.
Kids still really enjoy the jumps zone and we will more than likely still be coming as they all enjoy still it. I would just definitely have a heads up on the socks, but not I am completely sure what was happening with the customer service. I hope this isn’t normal or anyone else experiences their visit...
Read moreMe and a few friends (including Big Brawler Colby) went to jump around and inquire some comedic fun on the springs (trampolines). We first went to the ball pit and were hanging around and vibing in there. We had to remove ourselves from the ball pit because BBC (Big Brawler Colby) had lovers under the balls with him. We moved to the basketball hoop where we were doing some sick tricks. Then a little kid named Braiydein was annoying BBC, so he went to do a knotted dunk on this annoying pipsqueak and absolutely obliterated his own legs after landing on the ball at a high rate of speed. He had a compound fracture in both of his legs and a hairline fracture in his right arm. The bones were out and about. It was gnarly (sick(cool))! He destroyed his ACL and Achilles, which was why he had a wheelchair at Texas Roadhouse. The staff decided to EVACUATE the building to keep kids away from this awful scene at the basketball court. Kids were screaming, parents were running and staff were yelling at me for recording this event. The medics told Big Brawler Colby he wouldn’t walk for at least a few days, considering his ankles were touching his own upper thigh. I still had fun though! I LOVE...
Read moreDo not plan a trip here unless you are wanting to purchase socks. We brought our own socks and the front desk did not mention it would be a problem. Within the first 10 minutes my kids were harrassed multiple times by staff telling them they need to leave or purchase socks. One of my kids started to cry when he came to tell me. Are socks really that important that you feel the need to make a kid cry about it??? Come on! We only stayed to appease my sad kiddo who did not want to leave… or else we would have left right away. We also live in salt lake which is not anywhere close to this place. Hence the reason we have no need to purchase socks to drive 2 hours away to come here again. 0 out of 10 do not recommend this place. At the time a patron is asked to sign a waiver they should also be told that no entrance unless it is with the purchase of socks. I have four kids to wrangle why would it even cross my mind to look for signs stating that??? And don’t get me started on the option to borrow. It was made very clear. My only option was to purchase...
