Wok On Wheels — Restaurant in Logan

We have gone here for many years, and rarely had a problem until now. Tonight I ordered online for delivery at 5 pm, and the site said it would be delivered asap. At 6, I hadn't heard anything and tried to call and see what was going on, and after being put in hold I was patched through to another customer who wanted to place a to go order. We laughed that we'd ended up together and both hung up to try again. The next 3 times I tried to call it went to voicemail (didn't know they had an answering machine!). I didn't leave a message and instead went to the restaurant to check on my order, as per the online suggestion. They didn't have my order, and by the time they realized it was for delivery, which I guess was my fault for not making clear?, they said the delivery guy should have been there at 5:30. Then the delivery guy called the restaurant and said he was at my house with the order but no one was home. If I'd known it would've been an hour and a half I wouldn't have bothered in the first place. The restaurant canceled my order, said to expect the refund to show up in a few days, and that they hoped I'd have a good night anyway. I hope so too, because by the time all was said and done it had been 2 hours and I was still hungry. Doubtful I'll be coming back...

The food overall was good. Much better than in the past. Value here is key, the prices are very good for what you get. Delivery was really fast. However... I ordered and they came 1/2 hour early. I put the time in the system and they never got it (well that's what the driver said). The online ordering system is horrible - slow, need to reload, and confusing. And the shrimp with lobster sauce = shrimp in glop sauce. Lobster sauce has ground pork, garlic, and fermented black beans (it has no lobster, thats what it goes with). They forgot all of them. And peas and carrots, not part of Chinese cuisine for me. It's part of a TV dinner. There were a lot of shrimp though! Everything else (6 other dishes so far) were great! Love the Mapo Tofu and Singapore Rice Noodles - perhaps best in town - or as good as. Oh, one of the Styrofoam boxes had no bottom - it was nearly cut out - they wrapped it in cellophane and it leaked all over the place - I have no idea how they didn't notice before they wrapped it. I will order everything in cardboard boxes from now on. Don't they know the Styrofoam things...

The WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!!!! My friend and I walked in and sat down at a table, a lady walks up and right away we were offended. She had a very ignorant demeanor and wouldn't even greet us, she set down our waters, walked back two minutes later and says "What do you want."

We said we hadn't decided yet and she just sighed and walked away. Then less than a minute later she walks back again "Do you know now." We both kind of looked at each other and said no. We had decided when she came back the third time, never made eye contact, and just listened. The food was alright. But the worst part was, when we were done, we hadn't even gotten up yet and she walked over and started wiping the table off while we were sitting down. No thank you, no comment, just started stacking plates and wiping down the table. The entire time we were eating, she was over talking to another lady in her language, and she kept looking at us and laughing, making it SUPER obvious she was talking about it in a rude manner. Never going back, and did NOT leave a tip (Which I have never done before) I hope she didn't keep her...
