Update:2/13-NEVER received a microwave for the weekend... As far as breakfast goes, it was delicious! I'm still keeping the overall rating 2 stars, but the staff was pleasant and they had a nice selection of hot food. There were omelets, home style potatoes and kielbasa one day, then omelets sausage and French toast sticks another. Fruit, waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal juices, coffees, teas daily. Not wowed with the room though! Decent but not best around. Prob should've gone to Town Place suites again or La Quinta. Does not automatically have fridges and microwaves in the room. Even La Quinta does. It was nice to have complimentary sugar cookies in the lobby as well as infused water. Most decent hotels do that nowadays. Asked for a complimentary room upgrade once I found out ours had no microwave and was told I was "locked in" to my room type since I booked through Expedia! I've NEVER been given that excuse before! Front desk was VERY PROFESSIONAL and nice, but not accommodating. He tells me I can come down to the lobby of I need to microwave something, or he could bring one and a small fridge to my room. Of course, I opt for them to be brought to the room. Why would I want the inconvenience of going to the lobby to warm food? So 30 minutes passes still no fridge or microwave. When I called the desk the rep that answered said he didn't know they were requested but that I would be getting them right away. So 5 minutes later the person I checked in with shows up with just a fridge and says they don't have anymore microwaves but AGAIN, I can go to the lobby if I need to warm something up, or check the next day to see if any becomes available from another room. He then tells me where I can plug it in, so I give him a look, so then says or I can do it for you...duh that should be automatic! So he plugs it in and he acted surprised I tipped him. Although, I shouldn't have to to someone to get a fridge, because one should ALREADY be in the room! OH HIGH QUALITY HERE AT HAMPTON!! Last I checked this was supposed to be the Hampton Inn not Motel 6... Oops actually they even have microwaves and fridges in their rooms... Hampton needs to step it up! Then, in the room, just as you walk in, the carpet is all frayed and I turn on the lamp by the bed and the lamp shade is a bit beat up... Not worth the price... Definitely would never pay full price! I've ALWAYS booked through Expedia or other third party and have NEVER been told I couldn't have a room upgrade because of it. Not impressed so far... I'll update later once I try breakfast....

Very nice and clean hotel. Modern and we'll maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had fresh baked cookies in the lobby, the sugar cookies are fantastic. The room was clean and nice sized. No safe, fridge, or microwave in the room. Had small hot water maker with tea and coffee ingredients, iron, hair dryer and LCD with accessable back for your own devices (fire stick) . There was a cat5 cable and wifi for connectivity. Internet was ok, about 3-5Mb up and down. The breakfast is good with choice of eggs, waffles, and such. Parking was ample. Never had to walk far. Close the the hospital if you are in from out of town for something there. Small store for drinks and snacks. Alarm clocks had 2usb and plentiful AC outlets. Definitely stay here again.

Excellent place, very comfortable, quiet and the service is great, everybody is very kind and willing to help with anything. I have no complains at all. The only comment for improvement is about the breakfasts, is very regular, and is included. But could be better, with a few more options could make a big difference, they have snacks, and when the kitchen is closed, you can get a snack, but I wanted some food and they don't have any. Anyway I recommend the hotel, and I could definitely stay again when I get back.

My stay here was less than desirable. The location is great, close to I-25 and Sky Ridge hospital. However, no refrigerator, no microwave, and if your a Hilton Honors guest, as my sister who booked the hotel was they do NOT read or listen to any of your requests. I am also allergic to feathers, down feathers and all animal feathers. My sister had requested, pillows not down pillows and a refrigerator, for our room. No refrigerator, No microwave, and all pillows were down feathers. The refrigerator was brought up, filthy, I literally gagged when my sister opened it to put my medication in it. It was so gross!! We were there for 4 days, had to request toilet paper 3 times. They do NOT clean the rooms, empty trash, check toilet paper unless you request it. That is absolutely ridiculous!! We were unable to log onto the wi-fi the entire visit! This was a huge problem, and very stressful for me. I finally went to the business office of the hotel, had to ask the manager to get the data person to get logged onto their wifi, for a virtual visit with a physician. Then I was unable to print anything from their printer. The manager, assisted after I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for her to tell me the printer was not working. That tomorrow she would get their data maintenance man to tell her what he did in the business office that day, because he had done some work in there today.... I explained I was leaving for airport at 0530am and this had to be printed and scanned today. Didn't matter, unable to help me. I hope others have better luck staying here. For the price $145.00 a night it is over priced, and not worth it!! AND they have absolutely the worst tv selection of any hotel ever, so if your having surgery and will be laid up in the bed here, find somewhere else to stay so you can at least have some channels to...

Days prior to my check in i called to put in a request to be on the ground floor and near the front desk. That way my husband and I are close to an exit and to the complimentary breakfast. At check-in we noticed our request was accommodated. This definitely was a great start to our stay.

Check in process was smooth and quick. We just finished a four hour drive so it was nice to have an efficient front desk person.

Once we got to our room we did notice it was very small. Smaller than what we were expecting. Everything was very clean. One thing we did notice however was how loud our A/C was once it started getting to its absolute coldest. We set our temperature to 65 but the room felt warm. Maybe something to look into. Also the toilet would run periodically throughout the night. We both are heavy sleepers and enjoy some white noise so it didnt bother us at all.

Breakfast was not impressive, although you do get a great selection on coffee, cereal and you can make your own waffles. The eggs, meat choice and potato was not very fresh, but we ate it anyway.

Ice machine did not work on first floor. Looks like maint was in there cause the machine was torn apart and there was trash on the floor and a cup of cold coffee sitting on top of it. There was no sign on the door that it was out of order...I needed ice for my lunch box that day so I had to go up to 2nd to use that one instead.

The market was not stocked at all. No product was pushed forward there was no variety in the frozen section just 400 individual ice creams... seems like. It looked abandoned almost. Every time we walked by the front desk there was no front desk person there.

Location was great. Close to food and a mall! I personally would not stay here again but the room was quite and the bed was comfortable and thats all...
