Once we found a parking spot, and the front door, it was a breeze. Maybe they could add somewhat of a map of potential parking / directions since the lady in front of us went to three different doors as we slowly followed her in hopes she would lead the way. We were greeted with friendly faces, welcoming us to the restaurant. Angelique was our server. We asked if she recommended anything. We almost took her recommendation for the fish and chips, but we saw the Pastrami Reuben had Jalapeño Bacon Saurekraut so that cinched it. We had already decided on the Peach Habanero Chicken. The chicken was a little tough in the middle but the heat from the Habanero was great. Usually the heat is toned down in restaurants but it seemed that respected the individuals who ask for Habanero Peppers. The Pastrami Reuben was delicious. The bread tasted fantastic, lightly toasted. The meat was very tender. I had a Roadhouse Margarita as well which was pretty decent. The food and Angelique provided us with a great lunch!

I recently visited here for a business lunch and was disappointed with the overall experience. While the restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, the limited menu options were underwhelming. The appetizer selection was impressive, but the main course choices were primarily burgers and chicken wings, priced around $18 per plate. I had hoped for a more diverse menu. Unfortunately, our medium-cooked burgers arrived cold and undercooked in the center, suggesting they were likely pre-made frozen patties and not checked with thermometer before serving. Due to time constraints, we were unable to request a proper cooked burger. Additionally, the restaurant's cleanliness was concerning. On the way out, both soap dispensers in the restroom were empty, raising questions about hygiene practices. Overall, I was expecting a higher quality dining experience, especially given the location and pricing.

We’ve been here 4 or 5 times now and the food is always FANTASTIC! We’ve tried the chicken and waffles, turkey burger, the hangover helper, the happy hippie…and their chef is LEGIT. Even the English muffin that came on the side of my happy hippie overnight oats was delicious. I don’t know if it was a cinnamon butter they put in it or what, and the peanut butter tasted like it was from scratch with honey. Everything was amazing. I love how they really showed up at the Rare steak festival/competition too. Really proud that this is my neighborhood brunch spot! The atmosphere and decor is beautiful too. And can’t beat the Bloody Mary bar ;) highly recommend!!

Apparantly smoking on a public street outside their patio is not allowed. Last night a girl who works there comes outside of the restaurant out of her way to tell me to put a cigarette out. And if I don't she threatens to kick me out with security. She said if you don't put your cigarette out she will physically remove me not from their premises but from a public street. This is all happening with 15 minutes before they close. She had the audacity to threaten me with physical removal by their security on a public street. I am not a guy who engages in altercations but this was crazy. It escaled to another level real quick. She clearly wanted to show me who the boss was and called their security guy to have me removed for smoking on a public street. This is not how to go about it lady. There were no visible signs anywhere stating you can't smoke on a street. I asked the security guy to show me where the no smoking signs were and he couldn't point to any. Wanna know why? Because there aren't any. What's next you're gotta tell me I can't breath the air on a public street air in the vicinity of the convension center? I wonder what happens if a random person walks by the bar smoking on a public street. Are you going to run ouside and tell them to put their cigarette out too? Anyways we all had a good time with a large group of people on Thursday night and decided to come back again on Friday night. We gave you guys great business on Thursday night and wanted to give you more great business next day Friday night too. And boy were we in for a big suprise. After the way you handled the whole situation all of us which was a group of about 10 people will never step foot into your restaurant. Just an unpleasant and very hostile experience. I'm still shocked today that something like that happened.

Update to your response. Respect your customer first then expect the same. She disrespected me from the get go and that's why she got disrespected back. Simple as that. Anyways your 4 star review speaks for itself. I'm starting to see more and more 1 star reviews. I wonder why?

Update. All the woke employees are gone now. The place is back to normal. The staff was great and super nice. I had a great experience this time and the food was on point. Changing my...

My company had dinner there last night. 20 people divided into 2 tables right next to each other. We ordered drinks and it was obvious the two tables were one group. Both tables ordered appetizers, everything was good but starting to fall apart by this time. The place was busy and either understaffed or our waitress was stressed out. Table 1 was able to place their orders for entrée’s and she told table 2 she would be back. Over the next 30 minutes table 2 tried to get her attention to the fact that we had not placed orders for entrée’s yet. By that time (30 minutes later which is a long time for entrée to come out of the kitchen anyways) table 1 was getting served dinner while table 2 still had not been able to place a dinner order. That’s 10 people out of 20….or so I thought. One person at table 1 never got their order and had to reorder. When I complained to our waitress she could care less and just sent over her manager. The manger apologized and said “It happens sometimes”….lol In my 52 yrs on this earth and hundreds of corporate dinners, I have never had half the group served and the other half totally ignored to the point that ordering food extended the dinner by an hour. And oh, because I was the one that complained, I got a wooden nickel token for a free drink. I was sitting with another person who said they had been there once before when it first opened, and the service was horrible, and he had high hopes that they would redeem themselves, but nope. It seems like it would be a great place but it’s not. I can only tell you the wings are good but that’s about it. I was never able to order dinner because I needed to get home (got there at 5:30 and by 8:00 still had not had the chance to order dinner and was not going to wait another 30 minutes for to come out of the kitchen) I would not recommend this place ever!! I don’t see this place lasting very long. It’s hidden away in a business park, and it won’t take long for word to get around that service is lacking and going to McDonalds or Taco Bell is a better option!!!! (By the way the Taco Bell is closed but I still think you will get better service there then at the...

This is the second time coming to this new location and the service is awful. We stopped by hoping for a quick beer and dinner but it ended up taking 2 hours. The waitress took 30 minutes before taking our food order and another hour to get the food. We asked her twice to refill our water pitcher but she never did. Finally asked a bus boy and he got it right away. When we finally got our food, the waitress asked if we wanted anything else and we asked for ketchup and ranch for our fries and a beer. After half an hour, she finally came back with ranch but we already finished eating. Cancelled the beer order as well since we just wanted to leave. We ordered a kids meal burger which was $8.99 but terrible. It was more like a slider and was burnt, flavorless, and very dry. Apparently milk doesn't come with the kids meal as we were charged $5 for a small cup. When I asked the waitress if this was a mistake, she just said "Starbucks charges so much for milk too!". She also messed up my in-law's ordered and charged them for a $12 more expensive meal. When they asked about it, she just said "oops, I must have messed up" but didn't do anything to correct the issue. My father-in-law's water cup had black residue crusted on the bottom and when we showed it to her, she took it to the back and ended up telling us it was just detergent so it's fine. Never brought him a new water cup either. She did asked us two separate times if we wanted to speak to the manager and we said yes, but he never showed up (or she never told him). Overall this was just a miserable experience. We've never had issues at the Castle Rock location and will not be coming back here. The only positive here is that the parking garage is free and provides ample space; whereas the Castle Rock location can be very difficult...
