After driving all the way to the airport to learn that our flight was canceled, then waiting three hours in line and on the phone to try to rebook with an agent, we were bummed, resigned and exhausted and headed back to Littleton this morning at 6am. We decided we should prob feed our 4&6 year olds (who we woke up at 2am) some breakfast, but couldn’t imagine what would be open near our house. We were just getting off 25, when I found this restaurant on google maps. We made a tiny detour and I’m so glad we did. This unassuming cafe located on the ground floor of an office building provided more than just great food for our bellies. Mo (I’m assuming) was exactly who we needed to turn one terribly crummy morning around. What a kind individual. The service was calm and smooth. Welcoming? Is that the word I’m looking for? I can’t even describe it because I don’t ever think I’ve experienced anything like it at any other restaurant. Our boys ate their bagel and croissant, and while I was cleaning up, Mo asked me if he could give each of my children a large air heads candy package off the shelf. What in the world?? At no time did we even mention what brought us there. Just wonderful. This place is wonderful. My egg muffin sando was reminiscent of the corner deli when we lived in NYC. My husband was also very pleased with his egg/sausage bagel sandwich. TL;DR - wonderful food, peaceful environment,...
Read moreI almost don't want to review because I want to keep this place all to myself!! A truly hidden gem. ♥️
We both got the breakfast croissants, and as soon as my husband (a very picky eater) took a bite he said "You wont like this...I will gladly eat yours too!" Flaky warn croissant, melty cheese, soft eggs, and your choice of sausage, ham, or bacon. Theres a large selection of bottled drink choices (think NY deli style), as well as chips, muffins, and cookies to go with your sandwich.
☕️ There is also a large gourmet coffee and latte selection including hot chocolate and smoothies for kiddos or those who don't want caffeine! 10/10 better latte than Starbucks, and a fraction of the price too!
(This part I hesitate to post) but the peanut butter cup cookie was by far one of the most delicious cookies Ive had as a peanut butter lover. I told my husband for my birthday I just want a platter of them! 🍪
Overall, a 10/10 experience with 10/10 food and a very cute, quaint space perfect for locals & out of town visitors. Theres several outdoor patios tables with umbrellas sitting underneath flowering trees, as well as quite a few tables (with outlets nearby!!) for eating or studying inside.
Would highly...
Read moreI HATE to post an unfavorable review. The cliff notes of my experience: walked in to Moze shortly before they closed. Moe was wearing his blue cleaning gloves, manipulating the trash can etc. When he noticed me, he took my order, and prepped 80% of my sandwich with his dirty gloves. This includes grabbing my chicken breast to place it on the grill, and sticking his hands in the chopped vege container to sprinkle them on the bread. 🤮. Someone came in after me and Moe still had these gloves on to break his egg on the griddle. In lieu of posting this review, I searched for a private email, and messaged Moe with my concerns. I detailed every one of the numerous safe food practice infractions I witnessed, to give him constructive feedback discreetly. I was surprised to see that he replied to my email! In his response, he told me that he not only used his clean clear gloves for my order, but that he changed them multiple times in the process. I told him to watch his security camera footage. I pray no one gets sick and that Moe gets serious about protecting the...
