One word for this place: Zen. It’s my go to self care spa when I visit friends in Denver. It’s clean, inviting and only good vibes from the staff. Marta is magical for an Access Bars session that always leaves me relaxed, calm and mentally and physically balanced. Recommend 1000%

My preference is to see an Acupuncturist before a doctor for almost everything. I started going to acupuncture in 1997 for a fractured sacrum because dr's could not help me other than give me Opiods, which I am allergic to. Through the years I have reaped many benefits of acupuncture that reach more than pain relief from pre / post shoulder surgery, to panic attacks, to seasonal allergies and so much more. I will mention a few now, but plan to add more later.

I've been going to Whole Health Ctr since 2008, when I relocated to CO. Trust me, I know great acupuncturists and have seen almost all the acupuncturists' at WHC. They are compassionate, dedicated and are always there for you. I highly recommend them. Currently, WHC is treating my fibula avulsion ankle fracture with acupuncture to increase blood flow to the joint, reduce inflammation and speed healing in hopes to avoid surgery in 4 weeks. The bone supplements and soothing bath bombs from WHC have helped my ankle and foot relax and reduce pain allowing my foot relief so I can do my exercises to increase motion.

During last week's visit I asked to be treated for my seasonal allergies. I am sensitive to all medicine, it seems. Without this once a year acupuncture treatment in the Fall, my eyes and face would swell and my eyes and sinuses would drain constantly. What a relief to not have to deal with that right now!

Not long ago I mentioned to Paul, during my treatment, that I was going on a trip to California and dreaded going through the tunnels on I-70 into Utah. That I panic, shake, my heart races, grab tightly onto the steering wheel, etc. He said he can treat me for that and he did! Weeks later I headed out for my trip listening to music, at times I wondered when I would be getting close to Eisenhower tunnel. Then I saw a road sign, I was in Utah! I literally couldn't believe I went through several tunnels and didn't even notice or panic!!

I've taken my Mother to Whole Health Center when she was visiting from California for migraines. WHC treated her, one treatment is all it took! She no longer has to take migraine meds. Sometimes it takes another treatment. I've recommended acupuncture to friends, coworkers and family to get rid of their migraines. To this day no one gets migraines! Including myself which I was treated 20 years ago!

Acupuncture can't fix a broken bone, can't cure cancer or arthritis. But it can relieve pain and nausea and more.

Finally, I want to urge people to take their elderly to acupuncture for pain relief instead of getting Opiods. Medicare currently does not cover it (most insurances do!), but it now covers chiropractic. I took my 90 year old grandmother to acupuncture for arthritis pain in her hands and sciatica pain that she had suffered for 4 months. When we left, out of the corner of my eye I saw her moving really fast to the car! I have never seen her move so fast. He was so thankful that someone cared enough to help her get relief for her suffering. Her sciatica pain went away totally, and she didn't have to take meds for her arthritis for a few weeks.

I have more to say about how great Whole Health Center is and all the acupuncturists there, and how they have helped me since 2008, but I will end for...

I cannot thank this place enough. I was sick since last week with a fever that raised up to 104 and a backache that literally didn't let me stand up. I first went to urgent care, but with the steroids and pain killers they injected me, they could reduce for a little bit and temporally the pain/fever I had. So I decided to go to Whole Health in Lone Tree as they have helped me before with something that regular doctors couldn't. Long story short I got a massage on my back with Caila. She also apply on my back some no pain scent. When I got home after the massage I finally could sleep deep (I couldn't sleep well all those days) and when I woke up I was cured!!! Hooray. Still feeling some come of sore in my back but I could stand up without any issue ... and fever gone ... so whatever muscles I had out of place was causing that much trouble.

I first come here one year ago because I was getting rashes and upset stomach all the time so one of my friends from work recommended me this place. I was tested for allergies. OMG you don't how many allergies I had, I though I will have to feed myself only with water and spinach the rest of my life. I am so glad Kerry (btw SHE IS THE BEST) could identify those allergies and clear most of them. I can say that thanks to her my quality of life improved. I have nothing against regular medicine, I won't ever miss a check, skip a shot or stuff like that, but I really love this place and alternative medicine have...

Katie J is incredible! She has been helping me with dai mai, blockages, deep-seated anger and hurt, and helping me, overall, process through a lot. She has helped me so much and I cannot thank her enough. Fantastic accupuncturist and incredible person, in general. Five stars!! Maddy at the front desk is awesome too. 🌸 3/18/24 second review and update to progress: seven months in and I’m off anti-depressants, I’m nearly anxiety free, 7 pounds to my goal weight, I’m much happier and less weight on my shoulders. Katie is the absolute best! She is a master in her field of acupuncture. Fantastic intuition, brilliant senses, and magnetic personality. Love her and her team. Maddy is her front desk support and the best. Great place for all your needs whether it is energy work, massage, acupuncture or chiropractic. Fantastic!!! 4/7/24 third review and update to progress: Katie went on a vacation and I got treated by another acupuncturist, Carly, who is truly gifted. Carly was able to take my immense growth with Katie and really take it to new levels. She is incredible! I’ve gotten to know Angela at the front desk and she is just the icing on the cake. Outstanding! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this center. The very best there is. 10/12 update - Angela is incredibly gifted; she is now sharing her talent of reiki and her abilities are empowering and life changing. I could not...
