Long Beach Grand Prix can't wait every year it is a staple of my vacation and make sure I take off one day a year to go visit this great place unlike it in the world where you can be driving on the street on Wednesday by Thursday they have it shut down and by Friday they are racing down the street the same streets you can give you walking by or driving on the day before it's amazing experience very loud recommend bringing headphones to mask the sounds of the Open Exhaust from the engines. Friday is the best day to go you can get discounts from the newspaper or just from registering online from The Long Beach Grand Prix or the Grand Prix site itself it is a must do in California if not on your bucket list please put it on there it is amazing to see these cars in action millions of dollars of...

The Grand Prix of Long Beach isn't just a race - it's a weekend filled with events, food, vendors, car shows and more! They association has done a great job of catering to all age demographics - even children have a place to enjoy themselves, inside an air conditioned tent!

For the races themselves, the seats are all close to the action, and provide solid views. Be sure to bring your sunscreen and ear plugs!

Food vendors are scattered widely, as are beer stands. For better or worse Tecate is the only beer vendor, and it's priced high (as beer is for all events), so a broader selection in future events would be great.

Enjoy yourself at the Grand Prix of Long Beach. Don't just sit in your seat, go explore! There's a lot of fun...

This organization does a great job retaining a fun race for the city. The venue setup and management is straightforward, it's not hard to get in or navigate, ample support throughout with staff and security, a great hospitality venue, and a killer race schedule. More seems to be added each year (most recently with additional/night drifting) so it's not like the organization is letting up or getting complacent in their stewardship of the Grand Prix in Long Beach. They're working to keep it here and make it more appealing to the attendees.
