Had to update my review. I would give a 1 star but,.. that would be harsh. They cancelled ordering about 95% of the product I ordered. Not sure why. We were a big customer- purchasing hundreds of dollars each visit. Usually between $300 to $700 each visit. They would even limit our purchase amount - with us buying too much. LoL! It’s crazy. So we no longer shop here at all. It was a HUGE disappointment to make the trip only to find ALL products completely MISSING after the last visit. We even had thousands of points saved up in their program. I feel kinda sad and frustrated to figure it all out as a huge loss and disappointment.

I love this place. Cereally. I’ve been going for months and it always has a better selection. It also has discounts up to 50% off. This is aaahmazung! Staff are great. You can order on line,.. you can pay by cash or credit. They have eeeeeeeverything. And then there is the amazing staff. Julia was fantastic and very helpful. We got thousands of mg of pure THC. After coming here several times and leaving awesome reviews I will not be coming back. First I tried ordering delivery to get the 15% I was over the $100 min but the app would not update the discounted price so I decided to try pick up instead. I explained to them and they were no help usually they’re super helpful and will adjust it for you anyway I mean it’s only 15% off. She didn’t. I then tried using my 25% referral bonus because I didn’t use it last time since I already had a 50% off. The last time I was there I asked if I could do separate transactions to take advantage of both coupons but I was rejected so I decided to use the better discount obviously instead and was told I can keep my ticket and use it next time. That was false. Also they’re happy hour went from 25% off to 10%. That’s not even the taxes. I’ll just make the drive to Santa Ana for no taxes added. It sucks too because I really liked the security guard here too and mostly everyone has been super friendly I’ve always left with a smile. Also the supposedly “lead” didn’t even bother to make it better he was in a rush to take his break & I was there waiting 5-8 mins for another lead that did nothing.
