The facility is well-designed and modern. The medical staff, including doctors and nurses, are knowledgeable and friendly, helping patients feel comfortable. However, there have been concerning errors in treatment plans, medication orders, and changes in medications, indicating a lack of experience among some professionals.

I also wish to highlight the following concerns:

Charging cancer patients $8 per day for parking seems unethical. This additional financial burden on patients and their families is unnecessary, especially given the high costs of treatment already covered by insurance.

I have noticed staff members occasionally laughing and joking in the hospital. This is a cancer clinic, and it is essential to approach patients and their families with empathy and professionalism during such a challenging time.

What a disappointment. First, you have to park at a $5 space to get near for your appointment. They do not validate the parking card. Then you see a bunch of third rate art installations when you enter - a very bad sign for patient services. Sure enough, the mammogram plate comes with no covering, or you can pay $16 for a pad! When I asked why they charged, the tech said, "We wouldn't make any money if we didn't." The changing room has no bathroom. It's down the hall. There's fake candy in glass jars.
