despite the price and distance from downtown, you'll likely want to spend a little more a night for something that is at least a decent stay. this place is sketchy, at best. it and the street it's on are not well-kept at all. the long list of rules at the front desk aren't comforting, either. you have to pay extra per person on top of the room fee, and body towels are an extra charge, as well. the "free WiFi" seems only to work in the lobby, and when you ask about it you're likely not to get any help. our group had two rooms, and both were very different. though, they were both very run down. the one, which i stayed in, was semi-renovated. there were still wires coming from the TV, cable box, and wall, however. The cable box was hanging from one off the wall, as well. we were missing a chair, and one of the nightstands did not have a drawer. there were ants in the bed, and they trailed from the front door to our sealed food on the table, which was absolutely disgusting. the HVAC unit screamed every time it turned on. the floor dramatically slanted up into the bathroom, which had numerous cosmetic defects. there were additionally no extra locks on the door, which was worrying considering the arguing we would hear outside late at night. this place isn't really cheap, clean, or safe. the only perk is that there is a bus stop on the block that only takes 10 minutes to get to downtown.

Bathroom was a disaster, mold on the ceiling, paint falling off, stained towels, shower sprayed everywhere, mold on the floor and corners by tub, holes in the blankets and the sheets felt like there was sand in them, tv did not function, the "couch" was the middle piece from a sectional just placed in the room and room door did not want to close properly took extra effort to make sure was closed, parking is a joke, not ment to have larger vehicles. They have very unaccomudating rules and charge extra for each person in the room.

I would have given this motel a 0 I was in transition waiting for my apartment to become available so I needed to stay somewhere for a couple days. I found this place last minute. Let me tell you this place is absolutely appalling! I did not even stay there for more than 2 hours. See pictures below and let them speak for themselves. Do NOT stay at this place unless you want to catch a disease, bitten by bed bugs and the like. No one would stay here in their right mind. I reported them to health and safety

This was a good place for one night max. Ill say the pros : very clean, crisp linen on the bed and in the bathroom. Very spacious room. I had a tv, fridge, and microwave. Hot water was hoteThe cons: safety as far as the door is coming off the hinges. Termite problem??...maybe, that's my guess. I locked the top lock but could easily push the door open ugh, but lock the bottom lock and it's ok. I checked other doors that were open from housekeeping cleaning and they had the same problem. Why havent the doors been repaired? There isn't even a chain attached to the door. Second the microwave had plastic wrapping from a tv dinner left . Clearly it wasnt cleaned out. Same with the fridge. There was hair in there. Not cleaned. There were cobwebs forming in the window seam. To top it off the man that works the front desk is not friendly, barely speKs and makes it awkward. He needs better customer service. This motel has potential if they had better receptionists and cleaned the rooms and added...

This is the first time we were given such a subpar room. He said this was the last room. If he would have charged regular rates this may not have been submitted. If you charge someone extra for a bed make sure it's not from there being a room you can master lock someone in for the night. To the side was a side room the door had a lockable hasp on it. There was single bed jammed in there with a window. I don't like paying extra for a kid napping room. We paid the 100 for th3 night because I was missing a lot of sleep. So other parts that made this gem shine we're no air conditioning which we were told about. There was a box fan. There was box TV. There were ants coming out of the shower head wall. The door didn't close because the frame was shredded. My girlfriend told me the room made her uneasy I understand but I was very tired. The was a mini fridge and microwave. Not the best place...
