If it was a way to give this store zero rating, I truly would. I was inside this store with my little nephew when a store worker pulled out a knife on some homeless woman to cut this old woman's bag to stop her from Shop Lifting. I truly couldn't believe my eyes. My little nephew started crying in fear. So, once I got home, I called the store. A young lady said, "Are you the person stealing?" I told her I witnessed it, and it scared my little nephew thinking someone was going to die. This young lady hung up on me. I've been trying to call back with no one picking up. You traumatize a small child by displaying a knife on an old homeless woman. I'm going to consult a lawyer for my little nephew he's still here at home crying. Is it really that serious putting Customers in Harm's way, that could have went all wrong in some Innocent person could have gotten hurt if the homeless had fought back or came back with a Weapon or gun. That store is insured. You are a worker, not a security guard. You put all customers in Harm's way and traumatized my little nephew. It's wrong for homeless people to steal however worker's shouldn't be pulling out a knife. What would happen if the homeless person got a hold of the knife and started stabbing customers. You put customers in Harm's way. When these homeless people don't care about going to jail. And you store worker can't bring back a life you caused a homeless person to kill. Money can't bring a friend or love one back or traumatizing a child seeing that being displayed. I deserve an apology for my little nephew here, still crying and the young lady hanging up in my face. And NO, I'm not the woman that was stealing. I can and will be here with a lawyer since you hang up in my face when you traumatize my nephew. You are so wrong. I pray for you. Before you get someone hurt or a homeless person, take it out on customers outside the store. Someone must act like they have some sense. Instead of telling homeless people to go get whoever they want to go get. Bullets don't have a name. Let's wake up. We can't get down to the homeless people level. God bless you even though you hung up in my face and won't answer the phone anymore....
Read moreI go to this location often because it is my neighborhood grocery store. Tonight I had the worst experience. I got off work just in time to buy 2 items I needed to make my family a late dinner. I got to the door at the store at 9:55 p.m the security guard said you were closed. Seemed odd to me that you would close at 9:55. I 1st asked what time you closed and she said 10 pm. I proceeded to tell her I only needed to grab 2 items and it's not 10 yet. The cashier walked to the door to let out a customer and shut the door in my face without saying a word to me, as I was trying to ask her if I could grab 2 items for my family. I then proceeded to call the store to talk to the manager. He told me that he wants his cashier to leave on time so that's why she didn't let me in. I have a problem with this. There are hours of operation for a reason. I would have tried to make it to another store to get what I needed if I thought this would be an issue. I felt singled out and the way I was treated by the cashier and the manager was uncalled for. A customer should never have to beg to enter a store during hours you are open simply because you want your cashier to leave on time. Seems to me that there is a problem with scheduling and expectations. I have lost any desire to ever return to this store going forward. I'm not only disappointed in the way I was treated and only hope No one ever has to endure this kind of treatment going forward. I hope this grabs the attention of a manager or regional manager who cares about their customers and the communities the stores are in. A response...
Read moreI just wanna say i stopped by the bakery to get coffee , i always go to Starbucks but every once in a while i stop here cause i like their coffee . I asked the girl to give me 6 of the liquid creamer and she said you are only allowed to have 4 . When the other times they have it outside with the powder creamer for people to take whatever they want . It was too early to argue in the morning . I took 4 and didn’t say anything cause I wanna get to work . When other times they leave it out for people to take whenever they want . The powder creamer was out there , I just asked for liquid cause the coffee sometimes is little dark . On top of that they have the hazelnut cinnamon coffee and the decaf so there wasn’t any option and after I paid I really wasn’t gonna ask for a refund . And also the coffee was very water and ended up throwing it away after I left the store. I been to a lot of coffee shops and I never walked to a coffee shop or donut shop and been told that I am only allowed to have 4. The creamer is always out there for people to take. Not to mention I go to Starbucks and it’s out there for customers to take whatever they want . I am paying for the coffee and you are not giving it to me for free. To me it’s just poor customer service and I am never...
