Palms Motel — Hotel in Long Beach

I went to get a room for my kids and i and when we went to go see the room she said it wasnt availabe at the moment so we said okay and when we were gonna leave we saw an exterminator for bed bugs, and so i asked "do you guys have bed bugs?" She instantly responded as if she was offended with my question and started saying that no unless we bring some. So when we went to go get the room she said "no service for you, you ask too many questions. Leave. Goodbye" and then she left and we had to look for another place.bad experience no good to rent and lady is so mean too nusty place to spend 1 night...

I called to ask if she had hourly rooms. She would not answer me and was very rude. She quickly hung up in my face. When i called back to see if there was some mistake, she picked up the phone rudly said that she could not tell me about the room over the phone then hung up again. I will never spend my money here. If she was rude over the phone i can imagine her personality in person. This is not how you conduct business. Very disappointed that this is a neighborhood motel. Tend better to your community. We're the ones keeping you...

Looks decent from outside but they need bug control !!!!!! We checked late at night hundreds of bugs that went into hiding when we turned on the lights. Some are roaches and bed bugs. We immediately asked for a refund and slept in the car instead, we got to Long Beach late and the orignal hotel had given our room away. We looked and found this one close by, now we know why it had vacancy.I have never seen anything more disgusting and I travel a lot...... In this country and other's this is the worst...
