Krush Boutique — Attraction in Longview

I’ve never had an issue before with Krush. I’ve bought several items in the past. My husband and I were in last week and we were greeted nicely and I was asked what I was shopping for. When I told the girls, they took me to what I needed and I never heard from them again. I had to find them when I needed a dressing room and when I came out, one girl was talking with her boyfriend. We went to look at more to see what else I wanted and all three girls walked out of the store and I was ready to check out. I have been shopping here for awhile and I had noticed there was a no refund policy and a time limit to exchange . Today I tried to exchange a dress that was a little over the exchange time frame and learned there are no exceptions and I walked out of the store with and item I can not ware . The employees were ok but no questions about my situation or reasons. As I had had an illness that I was unable to make it back in time to exchange on time.. just a note to the owners I have enjoyed shopping there but you must care about your loyal customers . This is on Thursday on the Black Friday sales. We had to wait for 2 hours in a line just to get in the store I know there’s a bunch of people but every employee that I asked what was going on they told me different things every time .
