Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Longview

This was the worst experience I ever had at ANY Fast Food place. First the took the order wrong. My husband ordered my the ultimate cheeseburger and curly fries and he ordered me the Texas cheeseburger and regular fries. First the got the order wrong on the ticket the put curly fries on both (I do not eat curly from there I do not like the seasoning). I tried to go into the dine in area only to find it closed. I hated to let mine and my husband food get cold to wait in the 5 car line so I walk in the drive thru. I told the they gave me a closed paper bag with the new fries. The pictures below are the amount of fries I found in the bag. After that I decide to call figuring if I called they would bring me out the fries, instead I had an employee ( who I believe to be a manager) tell me loudly over the phone (to walk back through the drive). After eating 75% of my sandwich in line . The same employee named Tanada proceed to yell at me and and say I seen you eat those fries ( I am 54 years old and my husband is 55. She was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. The only reason I decided to eat there was I was taking a friend home from where I work. It was close and I thought quick. It was neither and one of the work food experience I EVER HAD. She basically accused me of trying to cheat her fir FRIES. There fries ARE not that good. I was afraid to eat the ones they gave in the new box after she yelled at me. If you are willing to yell at your customers and accuse them of trying to get free fries . What is stopping you from tampering with the fries. After this whole experience I could only eat 75% of my sandwich and my husband ate about the same . (Laugh) After all this my first box fries were cold and I could not eat them .. the second was cold ...and my husband and myself could not finish either of hamburgers after getting so upset ... he barely ate his fries that were right. So we paid all that money to be yelled at by a bad and unprofessional employee !!!...

The three stars is for the customer service. I wish I knew the awesome girl’s name who gave me a bag full of taco sauce, but alas I do not. We ordered a variety of things from the restaurant: tacos, mini tacos, sourdough jack, ultimate cheeseburger, jumbo jack, egg rolls, loaded fries and curly fries. My daughter loved the egg rolls and the tacos were alright. The mini tacos were ok as well, but not amazing or anything. The burgers were the biggest problem. The bread was a little stale and the burgers were all three very dry. Hardly any condiments. However, as I mentioned before this place got three stars because of customer service. When I went through the drive through, I told the lady at the window to give me lots of taco sauce. She said she got me. We had to pull around and wait in a parking spot (naturally because we had a lot of food in our order). When we got our food (from a different dude), there was no taco sauce at all. So I went back through the drive through to nab my sauce. When I get to the window, the girl already had a bag of sauce in hand ready to hand it off. She says “they forgot your sauce.” I was super stoked by this. A little touch of customer service goes a LONG way, and this place got 3 stars just because of that wonderful gal for me. Went through drive threw ordered to surpreame sourdough bacon and egg. Both sandwiches were wrong they had ham and sausage and were on a different bread I think English muffins by the time I got to the window my order was ready so they were fast and nice just had the wrong food. The girl at the window repeated my order before I handed her my cash she said it right. By the time me and my boyfriend got to our destination and noticed we had the wrong sandwiches we decided to deal with it wasn't worth the gas back so we nether of us eat sausage so the dog was happy 🤷 but about 30 minutes later my poor dog had horrible bathroom issues and a very upset stomach. Not 100% sure if the sausage but the timing would be right he's a small dog 17lbs so 30 minutes would make sense. Anyway I later looked up the menu and found that I paid for the right meal but received a much lower coat sandwiches. So I won't be visiting this particular Jack in the Box again.
