We ate here on a Wed night around 7pm, and waited over 45 minutes in the drive thru. There was a full line all the way around the building by the time we got to the window making it super hard to get out of the drive thru. After 20 minutes we were ready to leave, but in this location, you can't just pull out of the line once you have placed your order. When we finally got up to the window, she tried to hand us the wrong drinks, and had to make us new ones stating that the person in front of us got our drinks. She was making small drinks and I explained that we wanted Medium drinks, and she said they were out of medium cups. I said then I guess we need large, and she sighed, rolled her eyes and got large cups. It's not our fault you are out of Medium cups. I asked her if I could use my app to get my points and she said no, that you can scan your receipt or order through the app ahead of time. Then when she handed us our 2 meals, the fries were cold. I asked her if we could get fresh fries and she explained that we'd have to pull forward and it would be a 15 minute wait for fresh fries. I told her forget it. I even dumped the fries in the bag to see if the ones on the bottom were still hot, but it's like they had been sitting there in our bag since we first placed our order. We just ate our Honey Butter Chicken Strip Sandwiches, no fries and I left really aggravated knowing I just spent almost $21 for that! Then to top it off, I couldn't scan my receipt to get my points for the app. I understand everyone is understaffed right now, but hiring rude staff doesn't help matters.

So, I used my fork to pick it out and found that it in fact was NOT pepper but a ROACH!!!! Yes a roach. So after throwing up the contents I had eaten, I called the store and asked for a Mgr. The shift leader explained the Mgr was not in yet. Asked if she’d have them give me a call when they got in. Never returned call. Went into store to show them and Mgr looked at it and tried saying it “looks like something off the grill…” (which still is not good). To which I replied, while enhancing a picture I had taken, “it has legs and an exoskeleton. It’s not off the grill.” They took the food with it inside and said they’d get back to me about it. One week and still nothing has been done about this. They do have an older woman that works drive thru the majority of the time that is exceptional, but she’s the only positive I can give about this store.

I ordered biscuit and gravy to go through the drive-thru. The biscuit is always wrapped, and the gravy is in a small cup. Worst Whataburger experience I've ever had. Yesterday I came in, was greeted rudely and then in trying to order my usual order (I've ordered at dozens of Whataburgers) they acted like I was speaking a foreign language. Finally got it but paid more than I have ever before. That's fine.

Today, I came in early. Saw people working but intentionally not acknowledging me for about 3 minutes. I was the only customer. I actually pulled out my phone and was going to call the place. Lol.

Finally was greeted, placed my order and again rather rude. Bathroom was disgusting and it was 6AM! I'll spare the details out of decency.

There was a homeless lady hanging out begging from all the patrons. I give plenty and who wants that when you're trying to eat?

Then, an employee had her brother come in violently threatening his female companion (sister, mother or lover is my best guess). This was unsettling because I know if the coward does strike the woman, I will be in a physical altercation. The adrenaline didn't exactly make my meal.

He then proceeded to sit down and play music so loud that it made it impossible to ignore. I'm not so opposed to rap music but not so much at breakfast while I'm trying to watch the news.

Honestly, if I owned this place I'd immediately start to look for a new manager. This was all par for the course for them, based upon their lack of reaction to it all.
