7-Eleven — Attraction in Los Angeles

First, i came in just to verify the app was correct, and this location was participating in the $1 any size coffee promo. Showed the app and deal to the cashier, who said "no they are still regular price". I was going to leave, but decided to just get the coffee any way. Walked over, and every coffee dispensar was empty! I told the cashiers, to which they replied "oh we know", but not a single one of them was even bothering to set up the machines and get more coffee brewing. They instead told me to go buy a redbull or canned starbucks coffee. Horrible service, and even worse coffee! Overall i dont think i will be going back, even though this location is right down the block from my house. Oh and turns out, after scanning my app. The watered down coffee was only $1. Could have gotten better from Mcdonalds or even a hole in the wall...

I came to this location to buy some food and drink like Diet Coke... On the Cashier was a male named SING, who had such a rude and Disrespectful attitude... I said Hello, and he didn't answer... He was on the phone talking to someone... Again, Hello I said... And he didn't answer... He then said with such Harsh and Acute tone.... Cash or card... The interesting thing was that he was laughing and talking on the phone, but when he was talking to the Customers, he would turn into a Primitive and ill-mannered person... Wow!!!! He kept ignoring as I paid and walked away ... Now 7-11.... We all love money, but at least teach your employees like SING what we call it.... A good Customer service... Classes are Free ... Good job SING.... Mr....

They don’t ever have ice tea. So people are forced to drink carbonated fountain drinks rather than the un-carbonated ice tea that most 7-Eleven stores now have. They didn’t have any cooked hot dogs when it it the lunch hour. They charge $1.09 for a refill when almost every other 7-eleven charges $.99. I don’t recommend going to this 7-eleven. They have had poor management and poor attitudes among their workers for several years. Imagine the workers are so lazy they can’t put water in the ice tea...
