Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This place was the most rude stand I have ever been too. I got there and there was no other customers there. But I still have too wait til the workers stopped talking then Miguel L took my order wich was only a plain hotdog, a hot dog with catchup, and LA street dog. The next customer came as I watched them slowly make the hotdogs the second order was then made and he was served first. I asked if I could have the dogs that were already made. Miguel tells me I don't have anything to do woth that she is making them. So he clearly did not hear me and also knew the girl was taking long. At this point she starts to tell him in spanish thinking I couldn't understand how they don't understand how it takes longer to make a special dog. At this point I'm upset. So she comes with my order hands it to me with is face if looks could kill. I ask her for the management. She rudely responses she not here today. So I say I would like the name and number of the managers. She starts to rudely tell me the number is on the receipt. At wich point I get loud and tell her I want the name and number of the managers wich she still did not give me.the number to the stand is on the receipt not the management number. So she gets ugly and starts telling me I should respect her and not talk to her like that. I tell I'm not talking to her in any way I just raised my voice. I get my order wich was wrong there was no plain dog in the bag so I had to exchange it. And when I called the number she answered and before I hung up she called me a pendeja. Rude she has no business working there and neither does Miguel because he was equally rude. Someone needs to handle them. I wonder if the owner knows how rude his employees are. This not the first report with the fact that they are rude to...

Honestly, this place was a huge disappointment, and I regret not taking pictures. My partner and I ordered food, and went to the car to eat. He noticed that the fork he was given was filthy; the white plastic fork was covered in black dirt and grime. He said he would go back to exchange it Once he went back to the cashier, the young lady at the register who assisted us, ignored us and refused to look at us. The other worker in the back, came to the front and asked us what we needed. He showed her the fork, and she looked confused and said "that's the fork for our window, to keep it open". She takes it from him, and sticks it back into the window, and gives us a new fork. This means, that the dirty fork was purposefully given to us, as it had to have been taken out of the window. That young lady in the register deserves to be fired over this. I am absolutely done with this chain, as I had another unfortunate incident happen at a different location. Coincidence? Probably. Or they just hire people and let them do...

Quick stop for a chili dog and fries at a reasonable price. Had to edit this: Today I went in with a coupon they sent on my phone for a Free Brat with Purchase. The lady wouldn't accept it! She said I had to print it out, that it had to be on paper! You've taken it like this in the past, what's the problem?!?
