Had a great experience working with State Farm for my insurance needs. I thought that it was going to be expensive but when Morely Santana Spoke about options and policies. I was excited to be part of the State Farm family because I know they have my back and Morely Santana Assured me that if I ever have problems with anything related to my policy, I can contact her directly, which give me a piece of mind because other companies specifically brokers who just charge for every little thing don’t care about their customers But this branch and their staff do. I was referred to Aaron’s office by a friend. I can see why my friend trust his agency so much. First of all, I am not yet a client. I have been dealing with my claim at another company but I cannot get a straight answer from my claims adjuster nor did I get a response from the other insurance company. Aaron got me on a conference call, we waited on hold for 40 mins with “my” insurance company. After I gave my consent, Aaron was able to ask quick & direct questions to get an update on my case. I switched over about 5 years ago and I remember they initially saved me about $50 a month on what I was paying on my insurance. Since then as my needs have changed they’ve always taken care of me, especially when times were tough financially they’d always help me figure out what I could do to reduce my costs.
