Been going for about a month now, really truly impressed with this place.
When I joined, they were offering no initial membership fee and a monthly rate of ~$169. With everything they provide this has been a steal imo. Upon joining I got 4 guest passes and 1 free treatment (treatments include things like a massage, endermologie, cryo facial etc) most of which usually cost $100. They seem to have specials occasionally where members get more free treatments, for instance this month if we attended 10 classes we got a free treatment. Membership also includes access to "therapies", which are different from treatments. They include: sauna, cold plunge + sauna, and float tanks. Respectively these cost $5, $19, and $5 with a membership. Non-members pay higher but can still do therapies if they wish. All in all if you attend classes frequently, you are getting a lot of great stuff for a decent price. If you attended classes 3 times a week for instance, you would be paying approx $15 per class.
The classes themselves range from low intensity to high...a low intensity one might be something like 'Yin Yoga and Soundbath', high would be something like 'Power Flow' or a pilates class, or yoga with weights. I appreciate the variety of offerings... some days I want to get a workout in and other days it's nice to just show up and work on slower stretches/breathing exercises. On many days I've noticed they offer a higher intensity class followed by a lower more relaxing one, which I think is perfect.
All of the teachers have been excellent so far, and it's been fun attending different meditations/soundbaths and seeing how one might do it differently from another. All soundbaths have been live performances.
The facility is really nice, the staff goes above and beyond with keeping it clean. There are so many little things that really add to the experience here: refrigerated towelettes to use if you get too hot, yoga mats are provided, all props for classes are provided. The place smells nice too. Everything looks really new. THERE IS FREE PARKING behind the building and the parking lot is huge and easy to access.
Saving the best for last, special shout-out to the staff. A company is only as good as its members and I really feel the staff go out of their way to be helpful, kind, and professional. Danny in particular is a treasure ⭐
My only critique would possibly be that this place may not work well for people who work a traditional Mon thru Fri 9 to 5. Their earliest morning class is at 7:30 and the last evening class is at 7:30pm. If I was still working downtown like I used to this would be tough to get a class in before or after due to drive times. They also have fewer classes on the weekends, with the last one usually at 4:30pm.
Anyways that's about it: great place, great...

Read moreFull transparency I am an instructor here so you might find this biased, but truly not a moment goes by where I don't feel gateful to be amongst such a talented group of teachers, thoughtful staff and wonderful members.
Having said that, I would like to focus my review on aspects of Artha that I'm not directly involved and which I've personally tried. Although, I do feel it necessary to emphasize how amazing it is that they offer nightly soundbaths, along with some more niche practices such as kundalini, breathwork and mediation (none of which I teach btw).
So now to get into all the other amenities, as a fitness professional, I was immediately drawn to Artha for their therapies and treatments, specifically Cryo and Sauna. There are many times when I've felt completely burnt out and sore in a way that no amount of rest or stretching can cure. However, after doing a combo session of Cryo then Sauna I've felt absolutely rejuvinated. They also started offering Contrast Therapy where you get private access to Cold Plunge and Sauna, which might be even more life changing. Highlighting too that they added Contrast Therapy after they opened, which means they have a growth mindset.
They are also very open to member feedback and have adjusted their program to better reflect the needs of their community as well as offer many unique and transformative events and social mixers exclusive to members, who always get a plus 1.
Final gushing for this review, they also have Float/Sensory Deprivations Tanks, which are a must try and can help with magnesium intake as the skin absorbs it during...
