Big 5 Sporting Goods — Attraction in Los Angeles

Just wow....my shopping experience was actually flawless until reaching the register. 2 people at the cash wrap. One on register other I wasn't sure. One person is checking out. I'm the NEXT customer in line and there's someone behind me. The gentleman at the cash wrap begins talking to the person behind us waiting to be checked out. He, after chating proceeds to OPEN the other register and skips us to take her; no "do you mind" no "I can take the next person" just because they seemed to know each other. Sadly my boyfriend needed the shoes we were purchasing. As we checked out I asked the lady for the manager and guess who that is? Yep. That was him and didn't even seemed to be not get to have been called out. Never shopping at this location again. Truly...

I received Xmas gift, Bearpaw boots. Sadly wrong size, went to exchange for right size. They had none in store.i ask if they can order my size, they said no! The truck has what it has. So the don't know what supplies they are getting. So I asked if I can exchange for another style that fits. Yes but I have to pay 20.00 dollars the difference cause I don't have original receipt, even though the cost the same in the store. I didn't feel comfortable at this Big-5, I don't know what it was but something just didn't feel right...it kind of felt out of place here and seemed that this kind of store didn't belong in the area...it seemed a little smaller than the other Big-5 stores I've shopped at, and with less panhandlers that were outside of the store, and the employees seemed as if they were watching me as I browsed throughout the store; I know the area is real crime ridden but not everyone that goes in is a shoplifter, they ought to try to make their guests feel more comfortable...i won't be going back to this Big-5 I'll go to some other larger one, and in a...
