I called ahead, showed up and they delivered in a matter of hours. I can’t express how appreciative I am. Context: After dealing with 2 separate U-Haul locations who wasted 3 ENTIRE days of only to tell me they aren’t capable of putting a hitch on my truck. I came from Colorado to California specifically to have this installed and haul a trailer back. My appt with u-haul was booked 2 WEEKS in advance. They didn’t even order my hitch receiver so they didn’t have it on my appt date. It was extremely stressful not knowing if we completely wasted a trip. I dealt with Omar. I had a 5,000 Lbs Tow hitch installed on my Brand New Nissan Pathfinder. Cornelio did such an awesome job. I was concerned about the kits online being too low, but he made sure that the Hitch was installed at the proper height. He even went above and beyond to ensure it was the proper height to tow my work trailer. The Kits online were approximately $650. I decided to have a Real Hitch welded to my vehicle instead of bolting it on for an extra $200.

While most other places were quoting me $1,000, Eckhart installed it for $850 including the 7 Pin Plug Conversion.
