Got charged for caramel drizzle and didn't get it. Plus waited about 10 min before wad even noticed and still waited about another 5 before anyone came to take my order. If it was extra like .60 cents to add the drizzle I wouldn't have been so I annoyed. But that and the wait and how a lady who was behind me orders the same thing and got here's before me also had to ask for the same missing drizzle. Not cool. Unsure if I will come back to this location again. I rarely go to Starbucks anyways and I do understand some things can't be help like the wait. But when your the person who takes my order then goes to make drinks and makes the person behind me drink and forgets to put something I had to pay extra on. That's not ok. And I had the same drink this morning at a different location I can tell the difference but I was already going to be late and they wouldn't have been able to remake it bc there already out of 1 ingredient. Just please I understand things happened andnyouncsnt always get to the front right away but at least say hello please give us a min. I worked in management in fast food and 1 thing my costumers loved about me was I would always say hello and if none could get to the front I'd say give us a min please. And sorry for the wait. This isn't the only Starbucks that has a issue with tending to the front. But it is the first one without a drive...

She hangs up The phone I called back multiple times finally The manager picked up and did not let me speak did not allow me to tell him the situation he started making fun of me Asking why do I speak like that and then he hung up on me as well and now it’s been 20 minutes and nobody will answer the phone he should not be working with customers if he has anger issues he can’t just hang up on the phone because there’s a situation that he doesn’t want to deal with when all he had to say no problem, we will replace it are you coming in today or tomorrow? But instead, he acts like he is a child and hangs up the phone not wanting to deal with anything he likes having a manager paycheck, but not the responsibility…. Read moreI don't usually post negative reviews on this platform; this last experience left so much to be desired that I couldn't avoid it. We were due at a lunch function in Palm Springs, but decided we could afford a few minutes stopped to grab a hot chocolate. Our order was forgotten entirely.
Because we both have worked in service positions, my girlfriend and I can be pretty patient and understanding of someone with a lot on their plate. After 20 minutes however, we couldn't wait any longer and notified the barista. Instead of addressing the issue immediately, they instead took on and finished another patron's order before making ours (a single hot chocolate with almond milk).
Even this wouldn't be enough for me to rate negatively, but they provided no apology. For a company with such high customer interaction, this is a great disappointment.
Adding insult to injury, the hot chocolate doesn't even taste as if they added any almond milk - it's very watery. Given the ubiquity of Starbucks locations, it's safe to say we will not be returning to this...
