I've purchased my last three frames at Framed Ewe. It's hard to remember the last time I've had a comparably good experience elsewhere, where I could choose from multiple different designers which don't belong to Luxottica, or worse: the assortment of household fashion labels exiled (both in quality and style) to your optometrist's office display case.

I'm equally cursed with knowing exactly what I want, but also never being able to find that perfect pair of glasses that I feel confident settling with on my own. I've always been met with an incredibly collaborative experience at Framed Ewe; The folks here don't just take what I say I'm looking for into consideration, but are also very forthcoming about their expert opinions, which has always lead to me falling in love with something. It's miles above any other store experience & takes all the guess work out of purchasing frames online.

Equal to my experience buying frames at Framed Ewe has to be returning: each time I've come to buy new frames, there's been a fresh selection of always-well-curated frames and designers to choose from. It's never stale.

As I've gotten older and made the switch to progressive lenses, I have always had problems with the lenses being not quite right, just a little bit off the exact sweet spot, constantly needing to readjust the position on my nose for different focus points. Not so with Framed Ewe! The people there were very knowledgeable about the best types of frames for me, not just in terms of style and appearance, but also maximizing the effectiveness of the actual optical performance, which I need because my eyes are, how shall we say, very bad (listen to your mothers when they tell you not to read in dim light in the back of the bouncing car). They do extra measurements to double confirm the exact specs that made my spectacles perfect the first time, for the first time at any store.

Besides the great service and attention to detail, the selection of frames is also spectacular, though not cheap.
