I got a pedicure for $25 and they did an amazing job!! I didn’t catch her name but the manicurist was so kind and we had a wonderful conversation. She paid a lot of detail to the preparation of my toes; It didn’t feel like she was just going through the motions but actually taking care of me. The facility was super clean and modern. Just a head up, they don’t offer gel extension but they have many other great services to choose from. Will definitely be coming back!

This place is seriously lacking in customer service. I've come here several times and was treated so rudely today. I had an appointment for noon and I had to wait until 12:25 to even be seated. Right before they were finally about to start the pedicure, another woman walked in with a chipped nail and the technician left and started doing her nails at another station even though she walked in 20 mins after me and they were already running 30 mins late for my appointment. When I asked why this had happened they were extremely rude and all 3 ladies started yelling at me saying they are doing the best they can. I simply don't understand how making someone wait 40 mins after their appointment time is acceptable. And yelling at customers like that is so uncalled...

I WARN ANYONE TO MAKE SURE THEY SANITIZE THERE EQUIMENT BECAUSE I HAVE CAUGHT PINK JUST RECENTLY ON FRIDAY JAN 15 I had to leave work and go to the Doc and they said I have pink eye from getting my lashes done mind you I went Friday and Friday night my right eye started going out on me and I know it's from there utensil they used because hours later my right eye started going out on me jus be careful idk what she did JENNIFER is her name and I went in there today to get my refund and remove but she said if I get them removed I won't get my money back but she said I got bit or something but I have never had pink eye everyone knows how you get pink eye dirty things and people using things that aren't clean so I know where...

To the person who got pink eye -- I'm so sorry you got this (it sucks for sure) but conjunctivitis is a virus. It is just like a cold. It does not come from "dirty" things. PLEASE! Before you write a potentially damaging review for small business, get the all the facts. There is a good chance you got the virus by touching your eye after you touched something that had live virus on it. And that "something" could very well have not been in this salon. But again, so sorry for your eye!

My experience with Fancy Nails has been so positive. The staff is lovely, they are so good at their job and I found the place to be very clean! I'd hate to see them lose business. But again, I'm sorry you...
